Their editing, proofreading, and manuscript review services helped strengthen my non-fiction book. The feedback was detailed and constructive, and the final version felt much more refined. I appreciated their attention to detail.

The ghostwriting help brought my idea to life. The writer understood my vision, and the process was smooth and collaborative.

I opted for editing and proofreading services along with cover design. There were a few delays during the editing stage, but communication stayed clear, and the final manuscript was well polished. The cover design matched my genre and aligned with my vision.

I was looking for a company that could provide self-publishing, book formatting, and global distribution services. The team walked me through every step and explained the process clearly. The final book layout was professional and met my expectations, and the overall experience went smoothly.

This company has not yet fulfilled its contract to publish my book. I paid half of the agreed amount upfront, and then all communication stopped at the end of September. The phone number shown on the webpage is no longer in service. I have sent numerous emails and texts to my contacts, and still no response.

I have called and emailed may times over since AUGUST 4th 2025. thu OCT Ive been trying to get a hold of "Adam Jacobs" This company is a fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING-- BUYER BEWARE!

I hired Authors Eclipse to publish my book: Cost $3200. They did a great job line editing my manuscript for an additional $800. Although we went back and forth with formatting issues, we got it done.

The good part ended and the nightmare with this company began, as the quality was inconsistent, sporadic, and amatuerish. They completely flopped on my launch—in fact, there was no launch. 1) They did not do the press releases as promised, 2) They did not ensure that my book was on multiple platforms as promised, 3) And while the website looks nice, there are no links on it that would allow a person to purchase the book. Currently, I do not have access to make updates to the website, and there is no one at Authors Exclipse responding to my inquiries to make updates.

I have contacted them several times via email without avail.….no feedback whatsoever.

I am bitterly disappointed and incensed that I was exploited.

Nevertheless, let this be a cautionary tale to anyone who has put in the work and have spent an enormous amount of time writing their manuscript only to have it completely mishandled and disregarded by Author’s Eclipse.

It is plainly obvious to me now that they come off as a startup company, but we’re not ready to start up. Avoid them at all cost is my most honest, sincere, non-malicious opinion.

Hired them in February and was given Joe! Must be SCAMMER in charge!
They shuffled me around and did NOTHING for me and any time I’d ask for an update I was told YOU NEED TO GIVE US MORE MONEY!
As I am a lucky person in general I was finally able to tell them BUBYE because a major book company called me and signed me up!
Is it just me or if a company fails to deliver what they promised can’t you get your money back? I asked and you’d think I called them a THIEF OR A SCAM!
AND they threatened to sic an attorney on me if I were to WRITE MY OPINION!!

I had written a story designed for children, and I needed someone to edit and proofread it thoroughly. I contacted Authors Eclipse because we had previously worked on the cover design and illustration of my last book. Anyway, the first draft was unsatisfactory, but when I communicated this with the support agent, they changed the editors. The process was smooth and convenient after that.

I needed some covers for my memoir. I wanted the designs to be compelling and unique, something different that no one ever thought of. The first draft their designers submitted was impressive because they handed over a few options for me to select from. I selected one of the designs, and the book was good to go.

I wanted to write a mystery book, and I had even written a rough draft, but I didn’t know whether it was fine. I was having doubts, and I needed someone to give me feedback on it. Since I had worked with Authors Eclipse before for editing my memoir, I approached them again, this time for the novel. As usual, their editors were very thorough and carried the task concisely. Thanks to them, I am ready to publish it without further doubts.

More than their writing, I love their support team's efforts to guide everyone through their queries. Don’t get me wrong, I also appreciate their writer’s efforts. Earlier this year, I wanted to write a book about ghosts. It was a spiritual book, so pulling it off would be more difficult than usual, but not if you are a part of the Authors Eclipse team. They executed the work perfectly. The issues arose with their illustrators, who weren’t able to create the graphics that I wanted. The visuals were pretty awesome, but not what I wanted. This was solved when I talked to the support representative. I don’t know how she did it, but after that, the illustrations were perfect.

I had an incredible experience with writing my autobiography with Authors eclipse. Their writers are as talented as their marketing team. Also, they have a particular way of communicating between departments, which makes their service pretty simple to avail. I am happy that I chose them for my book.
