Authors Solution UK レビュー

Youha was brilliant in ensuring that my book made it to completion. My book is now listed for sale across various platforms and I’m happy with the outcome

Jerry Stevens (member of the team) was kind and polite, but ultimately understanding. The offers available are great and the help from Jerry was wonderful!

Excellent service from the publisher in spite of the fact that I am a first time author and needed a lot of guidance but patience and dedication from my dedicated project manager Youha made the entire process very enjoyable and the team was always willing to go the extra mile
Iwould recommend Authors Solution to every writer regardless of their experience .

arthur j wayne helped us and he was very nice and helpful. :)

Jerry was exceptionally helpful in giving me all the information I need and time to make a decision. Thank you!

Overall, had a good experience with this company. My project manager was Youha and my book is a memoir of my journey with breast cancer called ‘how my life went t!ts up’. The communication was very good and the staff have been very friendly. Some of the work could be more thorough before coming back to me so was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. Very pleased with how the book looks now though! Thanks for all your help

The chat was fantastic and very responsive. A huge thanks to Jerry Stevens for allowing me to discuss my book publishing choices as a young, aspiring author. I need all the guidance I can get to publish my book.

Working with Jason has been amazing. A very kind professional man, helping me through all the stages of publishing with patience. Would highly recommend him!

I’m very happy with the help the team has given me. They have been very supportive and encouraging with my first book - I would highly recommend them to any writer hoping to succeed!

Jerry was an incredible project manager for my children’s book publishing journey. He coordinated everything, from illustrations to printing services, and made my vision come to life perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

Youha came in to support me through the final stages of publishing at a very late date. She was very helpful and supportive and communication was always very swift. Youha was also proactive in ensuring that my preferences , which were quite particular, were followed.

Spoke to Jerry Stevens and Arthur Wayne who were very helpful. Quickly answered my questions within seconds of clicking onto the site!

i must commend youha as she has guided me through my phase step by step of getting my manuscript formatted and published.. as i am still in the process of getting it on all platforms, so far youha has been there with me through it all. And i must commend her

It's a con. I handed over £2,500 and received literally nothing in return. They have now blocked my calls. They promised world-wide author copyright, a presence on various bookseller websites (including Waterstones) and a stall at the London Literary Festival. None of these were delivered. They said that they had sold £2,273 worth of my book at the LLF but I have received no cash back. They sent me pictures of the set-up at the LLF but I suspect that these were all fake. They promised to spend the money earned by placing books at book sellers in London and at the Edinburgh Festival but, as I live in Manchester, I would be unable to check these out without spending yet more money. They have now blocked my calls.
They may tell you that I am confusing authorssolution with authorsolutions. I am not and I am very suspicious of the 4 and 5-star ratings this company has on Trust Pilot.
AS has now denied me access to the dialogue stream on the Basecamp account which we used to communicate and have set up a new one but I had the good sense to copy it as we went along.
Since then, they have had the gall to insist that I prove that I am an existing customer and am not trying to scam them. Most recently, they have offered me just £320 in compensation. They just don't get it!!

They guid you through the entire process very very helpful would be better if I got a little more of the details before hand but it was amazing service

My project manager Adam, was excellent. He was always checking in, was quick to respond to any queries and was very patient when explaining things to me. I was always being kept up to date with changes. The critic of my book was clear and it allowed me to restructure my writing. The design of my book cover totally captured the theme of my book. They made my first experience of writing a book, a very informative journey. Thank you 😊

I have recently used Youha, my project manager from Authors Solution to publish my latest novel, `Friends of Dagger Blades`. I cant recommend her enough, very thorough in her work, patient and understanding of any questions and concerns I have had.

I had a pleasure of publishing two books with Authors Solution, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Adam Smith, my publishing manager guided me through the entire process with the patience and care of mentor. His professionalism and unwavering support made the jurney seamless and enjoyable.
Adam's expertise and dedication were evident in every step and I truly appreciate his personalised approach. I highly recommend trusting Authors Solution and Adam Smit's advice - they are not only professional but also genuinely committed to the success of authors

Its best to check with Authors Solution what you are paying for in the package you choose and any hidden costs. Once you've chosen a package that you can afford then you will be assigned a project manager who will guide you and help you through every step of the process. My manager was Youha who was very professional helpful and understanding. He would make sure you were happy all through the process to make sure your novel was to the highest standard
