Autoassistgroup レビュー

Just had a visit from Declan and would rate his service (and AutoAssist as a result) as excellent. Technician went over and above and was very friendly and personable.

Thorough inspection, dpf clean and oil change. Fingers crossed for some trouble-free motoring now.

Brilliant service, very professional and such a nice guy. Fixed the problem and got the car back on the road. Would recommend! Gutted I can’t remember the guys name as he was so professional and polite and did a great job. He came all the way from South Wales to Bristol, was on time and did an amazing job. Thank you.

Great service from the initial phone call for help and then great service from Lewis who carried out the job, with care, efficiently and updated me on the job detail
Lewis is great ambassador for the business, it can’t be easy travel some distances and then working on vehicles in all weathers….. top job thank you

This companies behaviour is appalling. If I could give no stars, I would.
In good faith I contacted them at 9am on the 24th November for a mechanic to come out the following day, the 25th. Cost £179 paid upfront.
Nothing was said on the phone at the time, regarding the company’s cancellation policy.
Typically the issue resolved itself and less than 6 ours later I rang them back to cancel the appointment.
At this point I was told not happening as I needed to give 48 hours notice to cancel!
Clearly I could not travel back in time to a point before I even knew that I needed to make a booking, to be able to meet the requirements of their cancellation policy.
The attitude of these cowboys is very poor, stay well away.
Yours,
Truly disgusted.

Craig came out to clean and check my DPF, was friendly and very informative, was great talking to him and he did a fantastic job sorting the car, couldn't have asked for better

Excellent service from the fitter. Arrived on time diagnostic test showed dpf sensor fault he went and got part and did a dpf clean and left me additive to put in diesel tank when it was down to 1/4 tank. All sorted now. Would highly recommend

Craig was very helpful with explaining the problems on my landrover discovery. He was patient when explaining and went into detail. very helpful and informative I would recommend.

Punctual, efficient & friendly. Fixed the problem swiftly, and also diagnosed another one.

Excellent service the engineer gave a thorough explanation from his diagnostic check after carrying out the DPF clean.

Craig at Auto Assist came out on time, very quickly after the issue was highlighted and he found the issue we had and fixed it. I bombarded him with questions which he happily answered! He said to call him if I have any further questions or concerns. Very happy.

Lewis rang my father (Abdul Said) this morning and came on time whilst doing the job very well.

He checked the car and diagnosed the problem immediately and cleaned the DPF so that the car was back to normal.

I highly recommend to use this company

Craig the mechanic was very helpful. He explained in detail the problem l was having with my Jaguar F Pace.
He told me I don’t need a Premium DPF clean service instead a Trade Clean was sufficient saving me £80

Very impressed with Craig.
Very professional & polite.
Adblue malfunction.
Highy recommended rather than going to main dealership.

I had a yellow triangle warning for the DPF that turned red within 20 minutes and sent my car into limp mode. After finding Auto Assist Group online, I managed to book an appointment within just two working days.

I opted for their premium clean (priced at £429) plus an oil and filter change. Customer service was polite, friendly and really helpful from the start. The technician, Declan, came out to my property and was brilliant — he clearly explained what had happened, what he was doing to fix it, and even shared some useful tips on how to look after my car going forward.
Overall, the service I received was smooth, professional and reassuring — excellent value for what I got. I’d definitely recommend Auto Assist Group to anyone needing reliable mobile diagnostics or DPF help.

The technian arrived at the time he'd agreed.
Examined the car, located the problem.
After he finished he explained what fault entailed and advised me to take it to a diesel specialist to replace the faulty part as it's still under warranty.
The car is running ok now.

Very happy with the service, Adam is really good, an asset for the company. Highly recommended

Craig was polite, great at his job done the job in continuous rain been driving car last four days no problems 😁 I would recommend this company to anyone mark's out of 10 I give them 10, keep up the good work 👍, Paul
