We recently bought our car from Autocare Vehicle Management and dealt with both Ron and Alex at different stages. You can tell straight away it’s a family business that takes pride in doing things properly. The car was in excellent condition and clearly prepared to a high standard. Everything was explained clearly and we never felt under pressure to make a decision. They gave us time, answered questions honestly and made sure the car was right for us. The overall process was smooth, organised and professional from first enquiry through to collection. It felt like they genuinely cared about us being happy with the car long term, not just on the day of purchase. A very positive experience all round.
