Wow! I don’t know where to begin. The entire staff and company are absolutely amazing. They took over what seemed to be a daunting task and made it simple. They kept me in the loop and communicated clearly and with empathy the entire time. I will never handle an auto claim without them again. They literally doubled my portion of the claim in just a couple weeks. They are 1000% on your side and complete professionals. Chase was my main point of contact and I will forever speak very highly of him. Don’t get taken advantage of by the insurance company, hire this team immediately!!!

They fought for me against progressive who was trying to bully me and not pay 100% for my vehicle repairs. Once I turned over my claim they handled it end to end till closure. Great work and my repairs were paid for in full.

I was contacted a few months ago by this agency, I had no idea it would work or that I would get anything back for my case that could of been handled better. I only had to do one thing but other than that the agency did everything else for me and they kept me updated about everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria 99% of the time. I also came across Bri towards the end she was also friendly and helpful

If you’ve been hit and you know you need help with the DV claim on your vehicle. These guys made the process painless and I do mean painless!!! My 2009 Ram 2500 was deemed a total loss from hail damage by USAA. They offered an extremely low amount and were very difficult to deal with. Chase reviewed my information and quickly got back to me. He let me know I was not being offered a fair settlement, to say the least.
The team at ACS was able to successfully get the value raised by over $9K. I will now be able to get my truck repaired.
I am beyond grateful and can't recommend them enough!

My son's 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 truck was deemed a total loss by state farm insurance. The owner of the repair shop referred us to auto claim specialists due to the fact that the truck was indeed fixable. Chad and the entire team at auto claim specialists helped me throughout the process and kept me up to date on what was happening. State farm's appraisal came in at $30,805.00 which was way too low. After the adjuster from auto claim specialists got with state farm, the agreed appraisal was $38,572.00. That's a 25.2% increase!! I am now getting the truck repaired for my son!!! I couldn't have done it without the team at auto claim specialists!!! Y'all rock!!!

My Lexus NX-300 was totaled, and to top it off the insurance company appraised the SUV very low. Before getting the insurance company's appraisal, I looked at different Certified NX300 in various Lexus Dealerships, so I had a good idea of the current price range. I told the insurance company it was too low. I said, "My NX-300 had the Premium Package, was Certified and was in Excellent condition (super clean condition)." They gave me a little more money for the Premium Package, and told me the other stuff didn’t matter. At that point, I called the Auto Claim Specialist. They confirmed the insurance company's appraisal was too low within an hour. The Auto Claim Specialist handled everything and kept me informed every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised by their results, 13.5 % increase. They exceeded my expectations.

We referred a vehicle owner to Auto Claims Specialists who was short paid about $5,000 dollars from his insurance company on his repairs, they were very professional and got the short pay settled in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them!!

The insurance company tried to rob me of my truck after it was stolen and tried to give me 22,000 after auto claim specialists gave their appraisal and dealt with the insurance company I settled for 38,000 it sounds to good to be true but it really happened that way.

This is the second time I have used the Auto Claim Specialists Team with a vehicle claim. I am delighted to report that both times they acted quickly, professionally, and successfully on my behalf. I highly recommend their services in with these difficult situations.

Robert and his team did a fantastic job in fighting the insurance company on my claim. The carrier refused to honor their existing policy in not only declining to value my vehicle fairly but to not repair the car as I desired. Their process was poignant and strategic that ultimately led to receiving a higher settlement than what was expected and, more importantly, documented exceptionally well for a handoff to outside legal counsel. Fortunately this settled before then, but had it not been for Robert and his teams detailed diligence, the outcome may have been different. I will be referring out his firm to friends and family in the future should their claim with their carrier becomes difficult. This was money well spent.
