Cons and liars!!

I want to give negative stars! Hate liars!
Watching my partner play and worked out they have fake accounts playing and winning.
The small draws are random the big draws 70% if the tickets are fake accounts. Big prizes are won by their friends with theirs or fake accounts
Where is the £10k transfer? The winner does not exist!!

We think you should watch our Live draws, we use google generator to select the number and we have an entrants list on the website for everyone to use. We are completely transparent regarding this and have got lots of pictures of winners on our website.

If 70% of the accounts that are used on draw day are fake then surely if we only sell 50% of tickets that would mean that we would only be selling a couple of tickets per draw, how can this be feasible way to run a company.

We are trying to build an enjoyable trusted brand and pulling scams and conning people is not going to build a long term business.

Regarding the 10K winner, we completely respect peoples right to whether they do or don't want a photo. We would like to think that if yourself won then you would want your privacy respected as well. Please watch the live for the 10k draw on our Facebook and YouTube channel and you can see how the draw was conducted and you can hear the reaction from Charlie West that won. If this was completely fake then Charlie would be up for an Oscar nomination.

We are always concerned by peoples reaction when they don't win when they become angry and you must understand that not everyone can win as that's the way things are and if at any point you feel like this and the enjoyment has gone then please seek advice from gamble aware as we don't want people to feel like this.

BEWARE THE ACTUAL COST AT CHECKOUT

Really poor experience and feel conned as l placed an order for a motorcycle competition. It said that if l chose tickets prior to 50% had been sold the tickets were £2.49. There were 48% sold so l purchased tickets and l was charged £3.49. .l believe their system is set up on or around that percentage so they can fleece you at checkout. This is a honest and truthful description of my transaction with this company who have now advised me they are taking legal action against me for 'Deformation of Character'

This is a completely unfair review. At the time of you purchasing the tickets the sales bar went over 50% and therefore went to the higher cost of £3.49. At checkout you would have had to agree to pay the amount before the checkout process took your money.

As you were writing obscenities on our Facebook posts regarding this, we promptly contacted you to resolve the issue. We gave you 2 completely fair options, we offered you a full refund for the amount paid or we offered you a refund of the difference in higher price tickets of £10. The answer to this was that why would you want a refund as wanted to be entered into the draw so we gave a good will gesture of a £10 refund for the difference therefore you only paid the lower amount for tickets.

On your previous review which you have now changed the review stated we were con artists and scum which is a complete lie and therefore was deformation of character of the business.

We have had many winners and we have many people play our competitions and it does see because you left it too late for the discounted tickets and threw all your toys out of the pram then you want to vent your anger and blame someone else. This is a really bad trait to have and hopefully people will see the correct side of the story.

No control over there own spamming mailing/sms system. Once you buy raffle tickets you can not unsubscribe from sms/email messages.
