Auto Hunter….et suite, avis

Ayant cherché a vendre mon « ID3  VW » par le mode classique, petites annonces (bien connu mais sans réels résultats positifs! et souvent ,décevants voir incohérents) j’ai été contacté par « AutoHunter » avec le représentant de la société ,nous avons eu un dialogue afin de trouver un accord, certes il y avait des arguments d’une part et d’autre, divergents/convergents…..cette personne ,Stanislas, a toujours été a l’écoute que se soit par écrit ou oral, et m’a donné les infos nécessaires pour la suite donc contact, avec la société basée en France ,la maison mère étant Danoise ,en la personne ,Iris , pour le coté administratif qui a fait très bien son travail avec de très bonnes relations jusque la tout ne va pas trop mal !puis vient le paiement la un peu plus délicat acompte annoncé qui ne correspond pas, puis deux jours après un premier versement !!! Et le lendemain la totalité (le prix proposé ,convenu et payé a été respecté donc identique) ensuite vient l’enlèvement et la c’est un peu plus compliqué…on me propose un créneau de 2 a 10 jours pour être cool et arrangeant je mentionne que je suis dispo quand ils le souhaitent….je suis un ancien transporteur…..alors! Il m’a été proposé a plusieurs reprises des dates jamais respectées toujours repoussées environ 2 semaines et bien évidement ,le doute est le sérieux s’est fait ressentir ,donc contact assez virulent !! et ,j’ai eu la direction au Danemark qui m’a contacté et fixé concrètement une date ….qui a encore eu un décalage de 3 jours, puis enfin ayant une date et un horaire (20 h) ,respecté je me suis arrangé pour facilité la venue et le chargement du véhicule ,pour le transporteur ,ainsi que la gêne et sécurité ,comme indiqué ci-dessus je connais le métier… et la aussi erreur, enlèvement a 1 km du domicile a proximité de l’hôpital !!!! Mais je n’en veux pas au conducteur
Conclusions, entre le moment ou il y a eu négociations et le moment ou le véhicule a été chargé, il s’est écoulé un peu plus d’un mois ,véhicule payé et donc par respect je ne m’en sers pas (km) mais pas d’acquisition ,bizarre …..les temps sont durs !!

Hi you implied that JTD Logistics is your trusted #1 transport you should really rethink that! If the seller and I could rate them with -5 stars we definitely would! Showed up for pickup two days late at 7:00pm when seller had taken those two days of missed work! JTD broker Matt Schmidberger told me it was his fault he didn't have to wait around and not his problem just the broker! The movers wont/don't call or communicate with anyone about what's going on! Largely because they don't care and can't speak English the driver none at all. He didn't have a clue how to operate a 4 speed tranny asked Backup? Burned the clutch up trying to load the GTO! This so called company are all illegal aliens my local law enforcement shrugged his shoulders and said they all know what's going on! These people are endangering everybody using the roadways we all pay the taxes for. Anyone thinking of transport had better do your homework! Starting with auto trader! And yes I'm a true $40000.00 buyer, don't walk run from Matt and JTD Logistics. Mark

Isabella is a professional at what she does. Each time I’ve sold a car through auto hunter she has bent over backwards to be helpful and available for anything I need. She’s a huge asset to the auto hunter team.

What an amazing experience I had working with Steve at Autohunter. I tried 2 times to sell my classic 1968 Firebird with 2 different auction websites that just failed. He helped me the entire way and set my expectations perfectly. They took great pics of the car and worked with me on making a great description. Steve and Sawyer have been helping me for a while. I follow Steve wherever he goes. I love how he's helped transform this into one of the best online auction experiences. For a decade I've been working in the classic and collector car world. Online auctions, listing online, and selling has for some reason seemed to be such a headache. Very disappointed as as the seller hasn't sent me the MOT certificate or the service records as he said he would. He told me he had to send the MOT to DVLS but they told me that wasn't the case. I have had a number of issues with regard to the car and wanted to return it. This caused a few issues with the seller, who is now in Australia for a few months. I am dealing with cancer and I am severely disabled, since i picked the car up one of the tyres is continually going flat, which isn't good as I have severe arthritis and find it difficult sorting it out. Also when I take the car to a garage or phone up a garage up they tell me they can't help as it's imported, although I have the registration documents. I was informed that the reasons the tyres go flat is because of the TPMS. The seller said he has arranged for someone to fix them at the end of September, which is a long time to wait. So I have no car that I can rely on due to these issues. The other problem is if I need to take the car to a garage in the future I'm not sure if they will be able to help because of all of this.
I'm not sure what I should do as the seller hasn't got back to me. Michael.
