They are not even worth a 1 star . Their employee turnover is very high. They never deliver what they promise. The last guy I was dealing with made big promises, but once the money was taken he disappeared.. If you call and ask on what they promised they try and up sell and say its not part of the package... Dont get fooled by what they offer... Not worth wasting time on...

We started our journey back in October 2024 and we are still not life. We paid the agreed amount US$499 including US$150 for ads. (Although my husband has had a few health issues that still is no excuse for this length of time). The other day we asked when we could go life, now they
try and hit us with a marketing package US$2000 which was reduced to US$1000,
We more less told them that we are not impressed, next we get an email with some marketing packages, we have replied that we are not interested and we want all the details ( as in suppliers password etc) next we get another email we need to have a chat via zoom. I have read the review of Gary and a few others and quite frankly I'm not impressed, after reading those, they will not get another cent from me. So far our contacts have been Jim Hilton, Sean Kean, Jarod and now Ivan.

Its been nearly four month since I signed up with these scammers unfortunately. I fell in their scam as everything looked legit like their website, phone no. , messenger business chat and talking on phone everyday. BUT after all this they are originally scamming you.
They insisted me to buy more than 5k or more inventory for amazon and I could only afford 2.5k and was told my inventory will be ready in 2/3 days. After 20 days nothing, waited another 10 days nothing.
then excuse was given ohh sorry your inventory was burnt in CA fires and we will apply for refund from the insurance company. Waited another 25 days no reply then I contacted them but no reply.. after a another week received a phone call " hello I am the manager here and can you tell me what happened ? so I told the whole story and was told the guy who was talking to me has resigned ,( ofcourse he has resigned!!! ) So this manager said he will contact the customer care accounts team and process my refund. Got email from customer care after a week and they said it will take 10-15 days to process the refund which I waited and still nothing received in my account.
Nobody is talking to you now. No email reply. No messenger reply. SEAN KEITH who was talking to me from the begining has disappeared now.
I wish could attach photos of these scammers all these chats and documents here to show the world..

Lost $2500 USD + $200 fees

I signed up with them in 5 mos ago. and my Shopify store has sold zero. They told me they have to change the not buying inventory upfront approach due to a bunch of reasons and asked me for 7k more. I did that and apparently that's all they needed to disappear. I cant get any communication. I truly do not recommend them. As of right now I believe they suckered me and I fell for it.

This is my first experience buying someone's services because my Shopify website was completely messed up so I hired them. My experience with hiring them was good.
