Surprisingly good service - asked a question on Sunday - got the answer I needed immediately and placed the order the following day - Monday. Good communication - great BendPak lift!

Fast delivery and honored a new promo I wasn’t even aware of

Gina was extremely efficient and got my order fulfilled without any problems at all. Communication was clear and timely. I recommend Gina and AES very highly!

Awesome customer service and very fast delivery on such a large item.

They were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and quick. I'm not sure how they were so quick when everyone I spoke to was 6-8 weeks out for supplying an a/c recovery machine. They filled the order in about 2 weeks. Thanks so much

This company ROCKS. Called me when a Robinair 1234YF A/C machine was available. Paid for it online on a Tuesday afternoon. Shipped out of New Jersey on Wed at 12:30pm. Arrived in Michigan on Friday at 2:30 pm. Great Service and communication. Definitely will consider them first on my next equipment purchase. Thank you Bri for contacting me. Steve Lucas. nobody is on the same page, and I still have not received my item, not a great first experience that makes me want to do further business..
I have since received my item, I am happy with it other then some shipping damage. although as I said before there was miscommunication that I didn't appreciate.
