I ordered two parts nearly 2 weeks ago. Zero communication other than a confirmation email immediately after ordering. Checking their website several times shows a status of "in progress". The website has no contact email or phone number.

Please beware of this company. I purchased a part for my vehicle and 9 days later I called them because the part had not been shipped. I was told the estimated shipping charges were incorrect and my the shipping charges would be an additional $27. When I asked why I was not informed about the shipping charges I was told an email and voice mail message had been left. This was totally untrue. I agreed to the additional shipping charge and my credit card was charged. Two days later I get a call stating they had to change shippers and there would be another additional shipping charge of approximately $400. I then canceled the order. I went back on their site and saw that they had also changed the price of the part I ordered and increased the part by over $200. This company is untrustworthy. Don't use them.

Terrible experience.
Ordered parts and was initially quoted a 4 day turn time when I placed the order.

It took a week for them to create a shipping label.

10 days later and they still hadn’t delivered the parts to USPS to be shipped.

Requested a full refund and have been told to expect a response in a couple of hours. The service rep didn’t identify themselves and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible.

I received a refund several days after I initiated a charge back through my bank.

This company is a scam. They sell $200 OEM trunk liner for $147, but here is a catch. They charge $520 flat fee for shipping in US, so if you don't pay attention, they will charge you $770 for an item that costs $200 + $10 shipping directly from OEM. There is no 'contact us' or 'cancel order' option on their website. You need to figure it out how to call them to cancel, if you can. Otherwise they charge %15 restocking fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
