A great car in excellent condition at a good price. Staff friendly and efficient. No hard sell of add ins. No credit card deposit required. Fuel policy just return it with the same amount of fuel in it. I have used Autoreissen for years are have always found them to be a great company to deal with.

Everything was fine except 3 things. Directions from the terminal to the pick up point in the car park were unclear and there were several couples like ourselves wandering around the car park with luggage trolleys not sure where to go. There were no instructions with the paperwork with directions for returning the car at the end of the rental. Also there was not a single luggage trolley in the car park when we returned the car. That said I would definitely use Autoreisen again; the car was excellent and staff very helpful

Very easy to book and then pick up vehicle at the airport. Just added that even though my flight was delayed they helped out via email to make sure someone was there for me to collect car
