Today is January 14, 2021. Autorod is the biggest scam. A guy name Tyson contacted me and tried to deceive me. He quote me a isuzu forward truck year 2009 for 11800usd cif to Kingston Jamaica. He also sent me false auction sheet. Luckily I used my head and check auction. I found the correct truck base on the auction sheet he provided which was a different truck altogether. Then I actually found the pics of the truck he sent me on another site selling for 25000usd cif. Autorod is a big scam...run from them..

auto rod is not a trustworthy company to deal with i was send photos off a mercedes amg 2014 and was asked to do deposit off $6700.00 nz .which i paid in march 2020 .after calling and emailing and got the lawyer advice what to do .9 months later a got a honda civic 2010 and with the freight and gst it cost me $10,000.00 and on top off that the car has rust which did not pass in nz .so lost $10.000 .auto rod company and staff are big con man .never pay any money to any off them .zack / micheal/peter/neil and the worst off all lucus .0211033964 is my no

The scammers of Auction House Japan have now claimed to open this additional scamming line. The real names of the owners of this company is Hamza Rafique and Muhammad Riaz, after scams with AHJ they claimed to open another company , crown Trading. It’s been a year and they still have not issued a refund of 14,800. I have written the entire Caribbean, Japan and US. They are Pakistani nationals living in the US scamming persons from around the world. They have been reported on every consumer protection site on the globe. They are pure frauds. Do not purchase from this company or AHJ.

What is happening i need my money back you guys charged me CIF and I paid full amount nz$2900.00 but autorod did FOB have to pay another $1550.00 nz freight .top of that i can't get compliance through NZTA because of ESC so please refund my money and ship ur truck back.cant get exemption u guys fraud me i will take action against AUTOROD if nothing done.

I paid for the TT since 18 the September I have not received any positive response from you regarding shipping having been dealing with Cliff barret. Phone contacts on website aren't going through at all. I need assistance from customer care please

AutoRod is a BIG Gigantic scam!! Never use this company. They sent me a vehicle that cannot comply in New Zealand. Another vehicle I bought in December 2019 and I am still waiting for it!! It is now July 2020.
They never respond to emails , they never answer their phone!! We need to stand together and Boycot this bunch of scammers. Lets build a case and take it to all the Authorities World Wide!

Autorod said they refunded I’m here to make it clear they only sent me the balance that was left on my account that Derek (Saad) didn’t use which is $500usd ..... I have invoices and receipts to show proof I paid for 6 units and I only got 5 ... the excuse I got was the money was only enough to purchase 5.... what a scam 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️..... I paid about 14,000usd for 6 vitz and Ik it’s possible to get 6 vitz for that money .......the excuse was that he paid more money for the vitz and when they got here to Antigua they had the biggest dents possible a lot of rust ..... client has to spend a lot of money in body works to get them repair ..... AUTOROD your making it it extremely bad and difficult for persons to trust other company’s that are honest so I suggest u try to deal with your clients way better ......... and hopefully for me I’ll stop writing bad reviews

The fraudulent behaviour has continued. After chasing Autorod Japan for 6 months after I had paid for the van and shipping, they finally shipped the van. But they are now instructing for the van not to be released from the wharf because I had not paid shipping. I paid USD8000 for van and shipping and have all the evidence in the world.
Do not buy any cars from these fraudsters. I will continue my complaint via NZ Police

I bought cars from Autorod since from 2018.i am completely happy what I bought from Autorod price is very competitive then others companies in Japan .mr Rasool is the guy who I deal with Autorod he is such a nice guy listen ur needs carefully and respond on time . the price Mr Rasool was giving me I couldn't find any where in Japan he is very punctual reliable and honest with customr I am totally satisfied his service and what he mentioned me discruption about the car it was even better then what I was expecting he is very friendly .highly recommend for all to do trade with Autorod and Mr Rasool

Got CHEATED BUT I have a solution to expose this FRAUDULENT & CHEATERS!!!

Peter Sam and Ron Jacobs the CHEATERS!!

Long story short

I imported two cars (Honda Insight and Nissan Note) both failed with NZ compliance. All FALSE promises made by Peter Sam and Ron Jacobs about the quality of the cars and the shipping costs. I have atleast lost $1100 sofar. Nissan note came with 3 Chinese cheap tyres!! (failed compliance), seat belt needs replacement, breaks in bad condition, big scratches and full of cigarette smoke smell inside the car (that I could not get rid even after spending $200 sofar.). All the negatives about cars were hidden.

Anyways, after continuous polite requests and followups, finally Peter Sam agreed to pay the compensation of 50,000 JP Currency (NZ$ 700 approx.). I asked them to get this in writing, and they have sent this in writing from AutoRod email on 9 Dec 2019. Now, they stopped responding to my emails or messages and NO COMPENSATION received. Time wasted = 6 months.

SOLUTION

Here are my next steps to expose AutoRod SCAM & CHEATING!!!

1. Complaint to Japan embassy in New Zealand
2. Complaint to New Zealand’s embassy in Japan
3. Contact the police. We have every right to expose fraud, misrepresentation, false promises etc of AutoRod. It seems we can also complaint to Interpol.
4. Go to Justice of Peace for free advice

I already initiated the process. It will NOT cost anything except couple of hours of my time. I already identified 3 more people who got cheated by AutoRod, If anyone else wanted to join, please feel free to call/ message me on 0220145399. My name is Vinay.

But I have already reported him to the police and his autorod is under investigation Japanese police will be involved soon to arrest him

Casper real name was in, Jordan real name Mohammad they all from Pakistan. They always lie to their customers they are from India. Firstly you have to be proud of what you are and where you from not ashamed.

Long story short, I bought one car which took around 3 months to come to me ( New Zealand ) when the car arrived they started blackmailing me to pay more (¥20,000 ) otherwise they are not going to send me the de reg documents. I did not have had any option apart from paying which I paid then I received the papers then found the car was not as per their description.

I'm not the first person who they have done this thing.

Be careful to deal with these fraudsters I won't recommend this company at all.

Trust me I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from this company .... they are full of scammers .... I was promised 6 units of vitz in clean condition and ended up with all vitz coming damaged n high mileage....but the big catch is that instead of me getting 6 vitz I got five instead and was told the money I paid for 6 was actually for 5..... So alll along I was fooled I was getting 6 but instead it’s 5 ... serious miscommittment and I’m very disappointed for the fact I had canceled transactions with the company at first but the. I was convinced it could be done .i have screenshots of every msg from that agent who screwed me over and has ruined my business reputation quiet significantly... further more I have to refund my client back is money more than what autorod has to give me back which is totally unfair ... trust me I got screwed twice n I won’t advice anyone to do business with this company !!!!!! . .... the agent of name is Derek one of the most dishonest agent I have ever met ..... these are full of false promises ..... up to now I’m still waiting to get back my money .....multiple complaints through customer service and it took a month to get some help

I bought the Suzuki swift 2012 model from Autorod and to begin with they bid on damaged cars and sell, they are very smart as they take the full price of the actual car they bidding. In advance straight in their Japanese account from you before they bid for you. So you can't go back, they increase the bid till it reaches the amount you deposited in their account.

They know all the tricks and the loopholes as they been doing this for a while now after the bidding is been final they will ship it soon.

1) when the car will be shipped you will be charged $2800 including GST. as shipping charges it might vary but not too much, I have all prove and this is without insurance. so when there will be damage they can say its not their problem you order a used car and it's your problem to solve.

2) You have to take your car to a compliance center they will check if the car safe enough to drive on NZ roads. that cost $600 including GST. without compliance, you cant drive on NZ roads.

3) The compliance center then tells you all the problems in the car, if any. In my case I paid $3500 including GST to fix the car, so you are bound to fix the car as you have already spent so much money.

4) After you have fixed you have to take the car to VTNZ for registration were you have to pay $250. they will give you no. plate.

All this time sales team staff (Peter Stam) was ensuring me that the company will refund me the excess amount I paid from my side but when the car was fixed, I didn't get anything. the only thing I got is stress and half sleeps at night.

1) In my case car was dented from the driver rear side $600.

2) because the car was dented I have to get an engineering report $600

3) All 4 tires, brake disks, pads, shoes were rusted so have to change all. $1000.

4) Underbody rust if there is any kind of rust under the vehicle you can't drive on NZ road, rust catch fire very quickly, have to fix that $800.

I was been promised the car for $7k but I ended up paying $11k.

I can get the same car here for 9k with no wait or any Hassell and on EMis. don't have to pay 9k before I can drive.

one more thing to be noted.

The Autorod staff they never talk to you through mail they use social media applications to contact the easy targets such as WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. so that they can fool local people easy, later they can just put you aside. and carry on with there another target. never trust like this.

I tried to be smart to buy a car from Japan but I end up paying 11k for a Suzuki swift 2012.

when you talk to there 24/7 team they will ensure you that we are on priority and they will fix the problem but it's so funny that when you ask for the transcript of your chat for proof they don't have access to it and when you try to send the transcript to your mail address it never arrives. so you don't have the proves, that's another reason, they never gave us a chance to have the chat history to our mailing address.

I do receive the transcript after 12 hours lol..

they don't even deserve 1 star but I have to give as that's the minimum from NZ standards.

NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, WITH PROVES.
