Tutto perfetto, è stato tutto per la mia soddisfazione

Reliable and good price

Mancano i posti a sedere per le lunghe attese con i bambini, voli sempre in ritardo e cancellazioni per nebbia (anche in caso di foschia passeggera).
Nessuna assistenza in caso di cancellazioni o ritardi (mi è capitato svariate volte).
Ai controlli mancano i calzari e anche se è evidente che la causa è da attribuire alle scarpe estive ed aperte fanno camminare scalzi sul pavimento sporco!

Grosse arnaque à touriste !! Ne prennent pas les cartes de crédit alors que c’est écrit dessus et la banque avait confirmé que c’était bon pour la loc de voiture.
Demande de l’argent en plus.

1 golden advice : never rent a car from autovia and if you do, definitely don't pay a deposit. There are several known cases of funds being 'wrongly' deducted from the deposit, when contacting autovia there is no reply. We are experience experts ourselves.

Also ich fang zuerst einmal bei Vermietprozess an: Gebucht wurde für Ende August am Ancona Flughafen über Check24 inkl. Externer 0€SB Versicherung.
Vor Ort bei der Abholung des Wagens lief alles reibungslos und positiv ab: kleines gratis Upgrade erhalten, es wurde nur 1x eine Versicherung angeboten (diese verneinte ich). Der Wagen hatte hier und da seine Gebrauchsspuren und Schäden was ich jetzt jedoch nicht schlimm fand solange alles ordentlich dokumentiert wird.
Nach der Miete kam lange Zeit nichts.
Bei der Übergabe von Mietwägen habe ich es mir glücklicherweise zur Angewohnheit gemacht den gesamten Wagen gründlich abzufotografieren und abzufilmen. Das hat sich im nachhinein ordentlich gelohnt! Man wollte mir nach geschlagenen 8 Monaten!!! nach der Miete einen 5cm kratzer an der Tür und einen Lackstreifer am Türgriff für ca. 1400€!!! berechnen. Durch eine SB die bereits in der Miete inkl. war wären es ja nur läppische 330€. Der Fakt dass man nach 8 Monaten und wahrscheinlich unzähligen Mieten auf mich zurückkommt war nicht das lustigste. Im schreiben wird nur darauf hingewiesen dass ich nur eine Woche Zeit hätte mitzuteilen wie ich denn Überweisen möchte. Ich habe direkt mein Video welches ich bei der Übergabe getätigt habe geprüft und siehe da: der Schaden war bereits am Wagen vorhanden! Nachdem ich das Video zum Wagen sendete scheint erstmal Funkstille diesbezüglich zu herrschen. Frei nachdem Motto: man kann es ja mal probieren ;)
Bin dahingehend sehr enttäuscht, habe vorher überlegt für meinen nächste Italien Urlaub wieder Autovia zu buchen, werde mich jedoch an die größeren Vermieter halten (grün und Orange).
Somit sei gesagt: generell IMMER den Mietwagen abfotografieren und filmen solange man vor Ort keine 0€ SB abschließt.

Update: nach der Mail mit den Beweisbildern wurde mir einige Tage später in nem Zweizeiler lediglich geschrieben, dass mir der Schaden doch nicht belastet wird. Das will ich ja mal schwer hoffen. Kein Wort einer Entschuldigung, kein Angebot für einen Gutschein- nichts dergleichen. So soll Kundenservice aussehen? Sehr schwache Leistung. Naja, bei irgendeinem wird es schon geklappt haben die Masche.

Very bad service. Got a rental car with far more damages than indicated on the rental contract. On top of that the blinking light was not working. Reported this, but nobody picked up the phone and nobody responded to the mail. We had the blinking light fixed ourselves.

When returning the car there was nobody at the desk even though it was during opening hours. They called us when we were already at the gate and promised us an upgrade for the next time, but all I get is a mail (5 months later!) to pay administration fees of 60 euro because they had to inform the local police about my personal details to send me a traffic fine.

What a lousy company. Do not rent here!

I had a booking from the 8 to 15 of October, in Ancona airport with Optimo rent oerated by Autovia.
Already prepaid, but no car was given to me and I was left stranded at the airport and had to spend over €100 in taxi and hotel.
The blond lady at the office(Russian - Eastern European speaker) was extremely rude and unhelpful, also I heard her saying that was a glitch on the system and could not see my booking, clearly their fault which cost me lot of money and time.
Even emailed them, but guess what ? No answer

L'auto a noleggio si è rotta a chilometri di distanza da qualsiasi luogo a tarda notte. Autovia ha mandato un trasportatore a ritirarla e mi ha lasciato senza auto! Ho dovuto quindi prenotare nuovamente i miei voli di ritorno, perché senza auto non potevo raggiungere l'aeroporto. Ho scritto, inviato e-mail, provato a telefonare, e nemmeno una volta mi hanno risposto.
Questo accadeva quattro anni fa! Non mi sono arresa. Il mio consiglio è: NON USARE MAI AUTOVIA

Our holiday was ruined as follows

At 1800 On Monday 21 August we rented a vehicle at Ancona airport where we drove to Hotel Emilia Portonovo .

1. At 1545 On Tuesday 22 August we arranged to go out . The car fob was out of battery / the engine would not start .

2. After endless telephone calls to Autovia we were helped by Michel , the Porter at Hotel Emilia .
Michel had several telephone conversations with Autovia , having witnessed the inability of the car to start .

2. After two hours and 15 minutes of telephone calls
at 1800 that evening a taxi arrived to take us back to Ancona airport .

3 .Autovia promised to refund the 65 euros taxi fare that we had paid
Despite express promises by the attendant lady at Autovia Ancona of a refund by Autovia
NO SUCH REFUND has been received / refunded to the drive Paul Stibbard
4 . The Autovia office at Ancona was at first closed
The lady who had rented the car to us made no apology or acknowledgment of the anxiety and delay and incompetence caused by Autovia
5 . Finally another car was given to us
6 . At 2030 that evening we arrived back at Hotel Emilia exhausted
7 . We had to leave the next day
8 . Both of us are lawyers and we are considering claiming for loss of holiday enjoyment , extremes anxiety , not delivering to us a replacement car to Hotel Emilia
9. We will not be using or recommending Autovia to any of our hundreds of friends
10 . Please refund the taxi without delay

La macchina è stata consegnata molto sporca sia dentro che fuori. Dopo aver fatto notare al banco il problema, l'addetta (comunque gentile e disponibile) inizialmente si è resa disponibile a sostituire l'auto. In realtà poi (forse per assenza di altre vetture disponibili) ha chiesto se potevo aspettare 10 minuti per farla lavare. Viste le condizioni pietose della macchina ho accettato di attendere; i dieci minuti sono diventati 40 (almeno) e l'auto era si, meno sporca, ma di certo non pulita (ne dentro ne fuori).

Alla riconsegna (in altro punto rispetto al ritiro) personale poco gentile, sbrigativo (forse stanco?).
Nel complesso quindi nulla di grave ma ho avuto esperienze sicuramente migliori con altri autonoleggi.

Il servizio dal ritiro alla consegna e' stato impecabbile. La macchina era giusta per i miei bisogni.

La macchina era un buon prezzo e la esperienza era perfetto. Io raccomanderei

Fair play. Latish arrival in to Ancona at 9pm, only one person in queue ahead of us. Counter in terminal and shared by 3 companies (assume related). Very efficient and friendly and an upgrade to a nearly new car. A short walk (200m) to multi story to pick car up, P2. Return to the same.
