Vermietet wird ein Auto mit 100.000 km Laufleistung und zig Kratzern. Ein Übergabeprotokoll gibt es nicht, stattdessen soll man selbst einen Film machen. Bei Rückgabe ist niemand anzutreffen. 11 Tage später kommen Bilder mit 2 Kratzern und Forderung € 261. Diese Kratzer waren bereits auf meinem Film. Bin wahrscheinlich der x-te Kunde, der die Bilder erhält und abgezogen werden soll.

We had to pay an additional £250 because we arrived/paid with debit card and not a credit card. Never had this problem before and it is a sly practice. Won't be using this sly company again. Hidden charges are common it seems.

Wouldn't have minded if it was extra on top of the deposit which we could get back, but another £588 deposit was charged too. £250 we won't see again, great start to the holiday.

When we collected the car the fuel tank was half full, so we returned it half full. They have since charged us €44 for not returning the tank full. Luckily I took a picture of the fuel level on collection so we are disputing this, but another devious move from these crooks. Disgraceful company, run by chancers.

Hello, today we were lied to/robbed at your branch. We rented a car worth 75 euros and the lady at the branch didn't inform us that she would charge us the most expensive insurance for 420 euros, she didn't mention it at all, then she let me sign the contract electronically and only then showed it to me. I signed out of trust, then we she took money from the card without entering any PINs. In the amount of over 500 euro and a fee of 250 deposit. I gave her the paper about the insurance that we took out online. I feel very sad and shocked that at this time you rob people at the branch when renting a car and charge them without warning including insurance which is as follows expensive. And the lady didn't even give us a choice to choose the type of insurance. I feel abused and cheated. We are honest people who have to work a lot for money, I work with sick children and you rob us of so much money by tricks...we visited Italy because we are also Christians and we wanted to rest from hard work. For this I now have to write a complaint against your company and have a sense of betrayal and hostility. We called your line and they told us that a complaint about renting a vehicle after signing the contract is not possible. Esperienza fantastica! Ho noleggiato una macchina per 3 giorni,le ragazze al banco si sono mostrate disponibili e gentili,lo consiglierò a parenti e amici dall’estero!

Scammers. After giving the car they stated that each door was dented . Showed them first day pictures but they didn’t care . I couldn’t even see these dents . Not again , bye autovia

State molto lontani da questo noleggio auto .Tutto quanto viene architettato per farvi perdere soldi rasentando la truffa perché sono molto furbi.
In breve cerco a vettura a noleggio per una settimana per mia figlia che vive fuori Italia.Faccio la mia prenotazione a nome di mia figlia e pago con la mia carta di credito e dico mia .Mi confermano la mia prenotazione e tutto ok .Dopo neanche un giorno mi arriva il voucher,sembra tutto a posto.%Recato I insieme a mia figlia il giorno del ritiro mi dicono che non è possibile ritirare la vettura preché mia figlia non ha la carta di credito .Mia prima domanda allora perché avete accettato il pagamento con una carta non intestata a mia figlia ?Questa impiegata molto volenterosa ,solo in apparenza ci propone di stipulare una assicurazione supplementare dal modico costo di 150 euro aggiuntivo al no,eggio dell’auto che é già costata 121 euro .Con riluttanza ma per necessità accettiamo .Sempre l’impiegata sedicente e loto professionale inizia a compilare la pratica al momento del pagamento mia figlia gli dà il bancomat ,gli dice che non può accettarlo ,aveva solo quello in possesso . A questo punto gli dico che gli faccio io da garante e do la mia carta di credito o debito ,mi dice che non si può fare ,gli proponiamo il pagamento in contanti mi dice che non si può fare ,morale non hanno voluto trovare una soluzione ed alle mie proteste mi sono sentito dare anche del ladro perche il pagamento con la mia carta o in contanti non li tutela dai furti …mah !!! Morale ci hanno tolto 121 euro e spiccioli .Mai più e diffidare gente diffidate da autonoleggi da quattro soldi .Affidatevi a quelli più solidi pagherete qualcosa in più ma starete tranquilli .

We rented a car in Italy, from Autovia in Rome. We returned the car to the car rental company. The person who took the car back began to inspect the car in an abnormal manner. According to her, there was a 4 cm scratch on one of the wheel covers. The scratch was so tiny that it was impossible to notice when inspecting the car, as it would have taken a magnifying glass. Anyway, she drew up a report that we never wanted to sign. Six months later, we received an e-mail from them, asking us to refund the 40-euro hubcap and 230 euros for the costs of investigating the case. In short, never rent from this place. They don't rent cheaply, but it's only to charge the customer a fee afterwards. They are dishonest and act in bad faith.

Worst expérience ever. Never rent there.

LADRI ! LADRI ! TRUFFATORI ! Riportiamo l’auto con il pieno,2 gg dopo ci arriva un addebito di 46€ di penale per il carburante !
Quindi mandiamo la foto del contachilometri dove si vede il livello del carburante con il pieno (ovviamente con data e ora) e per di più anche la foto della ricevuta del distributore del carburante!
Dopo 1 settima ci rispondono che il livello del carburante secondo loro è a 7/8 e non 8/8 quindi non ci vogliono ridare i soldi !
Veramente da veri truffatori considerato che abbiamo foto e ricevuta

We rented a seat ibiza model car, but they gave a lancia ypsilon. No problem, the car was very new. The vehicle accompanied us very well while visiting the unique regions of Italy. We picked it up from the airport in rome (CIA) and then delivered it to the airport. ecovia staff were very helpful. The child seat could have given a little more confidence. It was a cheap material child seat, I am not sure if it is reliable. We delivered the car on 10 august but still our deposit has not been refunded. I would like help on this matter.

Mai più. Esperienza pessima. Servizio ritiro e consegna inesistente. Problemi ad uscire dal parcheggio Roma termini. Addebito di 216 euro in più rispetto al previsto. L'avvocato ha dovuto mandare pec per recuperare i soldi. Cambiate mestiere. Ho avvisato anche BMW di non utilizzare più voi neanche in necessiva'.

Truly the worst service/experience I have ever had.

My name is Imogen Haggath and yesterday we were supposed to collect a car from Ciampino Airport on Sunday 23rd July. My reference number is 778281985.

I am so disappointed and upset as we got to the ecovia rental car area we were told there was a problem and our car wasn't available until later that afternoon. It was 12 o'clock, we had just travelled for 6 hours from another country with 3 young children and it was 35 degrees. No pre warning that our car wasn't available before our flighr or after, other arrangements should have been made for us on the companies behalf, we arrived on time and from a different country, we did everything right in collecting our car and did nothing wrong. We waited and waited and were told we could get another temporary car (with a fault warning light) and did Ecovia a favour by moving a problem car from point A to point B.

The woman on the desk at Ciampino Airport was rude, unapologetic and unsympathetic and asked our children to quieten down after we had been sat in a very small and very hot office for over an hour. We were nothing but polite and understanding with this employed as we sympathised it was not her fault however she grew rude and frustrated with our questions.

I am STILL waiting for a response from the complaints team and it has been over 5 days. Avoid this company!
