agenzia da evitare assolutamente!!! l'addetto alla reception dell'aeroporto di Treviso è stato molto scortese e non ha cercato di capire. la prenotazione è stata convalidata e pagata ma si è rifiutato di darci le chiavi perché non avevamo una carta di credito, solo una carta di debito quando non era specificata al momento del noleggio tramite un sito di prenotazione! UNA VERGOGNA!!! Ci ha lasciato con un figlio, senza soluzione, e senza scrupoli!!!

Paying double fee, money stolen.
I had to pay extra money just because the counter man said that he can’t hold the deposit, €600 , from the account. But this was done so your company stole my money.

Sono davvero dei truffatori, se arrivi in ritardo non ti consegnano l'auto e non ti danno una soluzione. Se hai un problema e arrivi con un'ora di ritardo, non ti consegnano l'auto e si tengono tutti i tuoi soldi per i 5 giorni di noleggio. Non ci hanno informato che non era possibile arrivare in ritardo. Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti senza auto e siamo dovuti andare alla stazione ferroviaria per non perdere il nostro hotel a Firenze. Trovo incredibile che ci abbiano fregato in questo modo. Faremo un reclamo formale in modo da riavere i nostri soldi e che non possano più fare questo a nessuno.

Lack of transparency
Arriving at Treviso airport I had to make a new reservation due to a problem with my first online reservation. They told me the first reservation (150,77EUR) would be reimbursed and that I would only pay for the new one (369 EUR – where they included extras I did not asked for). So, in total, I had to pay 519 EUR for a 3-day rental. What is worse is that I've send two e-mails to the company to ask for clarifications but got no reply…

More than excellent service by Autovia at the airport of Treviso.
Mikele was very quick in processing the paperwork for car rental and clear in explaining everything about the contract, terms and conditions that the broker had not made me aware of. Mikele was exhaustive in everything and gave us a really good and spotless car. I plan to return soon to rent with this company.
Important note: better buy coverage directly at the counter, so you are sure that you will have no problems.

Car not available
Car booked from wednsday 10am until sunday 10am. We arrived wednesday 11am. Car was not available anymore and rented to someone else because we were “Too late”. Alternative was another car, the only one available at an extra charge of 380€.
We denied the offer and rented with another company but we loose our initially paid deposit.
Autovia person at desk in Treviso was also very unfriendly, not comprehensive, putting responsibility in our shoes.
In my eyes: we booked at a good price with Autovia via Do You Italy.
More interesting for Autovia to cancel the booking quickly and rent the car to someone else at a higher rate if the opporrunity is there.
@Autovia: please don’t reply this message with the same standard note as always. Do something that helps the people.

State molto attenti alla consegna perché tendono ad esagerare i danni preesistenti in fase di riconsegna è potresti vedere addebitati danni molto superiori
