Very good communication via text message regarding arrival time of engineer. Barry was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and repairing the broken oven fan motor.

Our engineer Barry was very polite,informative and professional and fixed our problem straightaway . Clean and tidy would use again.

From the moment we had been put in contact ( Lynne is the person I spoke to on the phone ) there was excellent communication about what is the problem, when parts will be ordered, when they will arrive and when an engineer can visit.
Got a text the day before detailing the work required and the ID of the engineer - very good to assure us who would be arriving and they are who they say they are, especially nowadays - and a time frame.
When the engineer arrived ( Tom ) he was very polite, helpful and explained things fully about the problem and made sure the problem was fixed before leaving.
So nice nowadays to have a company with a personal touch and would recommend to anyone.

Had an engineer come to look at my washing machine and like most things wasn’t making the strange noise when he tested it. When he left it started it again. Rung the office and spoke to Lynne and was asked to send the videos I had taken. Straight away she had emailed me back and had the engineers look at the videos. Unfortunately my washing was going to cost more to fix than a new one so my insurance company offered a replacement. Lynnes customer service was absolutely brilliant and she was so speedy in her responses to get my issue fixed. Thank you!

My oven couldn’t be repaired so ordered new one through autowash which was quickly delivered and fitted by Conner and Jo they were nice friendly guys and completed the job quickly. Always have good dealings with Autowash
