I had the Ghost 2 immobiliser fitted to my Hyundai Ioniq 5 for extra peace of mind against relay attacks.

I did run into an issue after installation, but their engineer Tom went above and beyond — he spent the whole day working through it with me until it was properly sorted. That level of patience and commitment to getting it right is rare these days, and it’s given me real confidence in both the product and the people behind it.

Would happily recommend Autowatch and the Ghost 2 to anyone looking to protect their car from keyless theft. Great product, backed by genuinely great support.

I had some issues with the app on my iPhone not working.
I contacted Tom and he patiently went through the procedure of getting the app to work Bluetooth with the Ghost2 chip.
Which allows me to start the engine just with the app.
Many thanks to Tom for his excellent help in solving the problem.

I had an issue with my Ghost II and contacted Autowatch, who gave me Tom’s number. I left him a message and he got back to me within minutes. From the start, it was clear I was speaking to someone who really knows his stuff.
Tom’s knowledge is genuinely exceptional. He understood the issue straight away and was able to guide me through fixing something I’d already spent a lot of time trying to sort myself. What impressed me even more was his patience, he didn’t rush a single part of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was going on before moving on.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines that level of expertise with such calm, patient support. He went well above what I expected and made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Tom saved me the other day when my ghost malfunctioned due to the extreme heat. He was absolutely brilliant, making time for me immediately because I had to take my son to a hospital appointment.

Stopped at a services and the car wouldn’t start due to the dealers telling me the wrong combination and I had to leave the car there. However spoke with Tom one of the mechanics who was very professional and helpfull and explained to me everything and had me driving in under 5 mins. Amazing service would recomend.

Fantastic customer service, both Graham & Tom we’re amazing, they were so responsive, we had an issue with a sounder on a Autowatch 695, Graham passed us onto Tom the engineer who came to our home address and fitted a new sounder.
Everything they said they did which is a novelty these days 🌟🌟🌟

It is not often that a company rises to address a difficult challenge. I give credit to Malcolm for making the effort to understand his customer and finding a solution and also to Darren who really showed persistence and tenacity from a technical point of view. I recently bought a car with a Ghost 2 already fitted. Staff at AutoWatch were brilliant in helping me to register the device with me as the new owner. I also purchased a Ghost Fob which I struggled to pair with my car. Thanks to Nathalie I was putting touch with Tom, whom I can only describe as a technical wizard. He provided a wealth of information and guidance which led me to pairing the device within minutes of receiving Toms advice. I am absolutely over the moon with the service provided by Tom and I would highly recommend AutoWatch and indeed Tom to anyone. Absolutely brilliant and thank you so much.

I called Autowatch this afternoon as I was having issues with my immobiliser since I broke my mobile phone (which was being used as my disarm key).
My immobiliser was only working intermittently unless I was using the old broken phone and my new phone was not pairing.
I was given the number of a technician (Tom) who would hopefully take me through correcting my issues.
Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fortunately… patient.
Without being too boring and going into detail… there were multiple issues and we were on the phone for an hour.
By the end of the call we had reset my disarm code, updated the systems Bluetooth, reset the Bluetooth (so as to remove any issues) and paired my new phone.
I was a positive experience from start to finish and Tom was great.
It is always reassuring when someone really knows their job and is able to put that across in an easy to follow way.

Tom is an absolute lifesaver! I was having a personal crisis with my new car and thankfully after speaking with him I’ve got everything working perfectly and can now enjoy my new camper. The man is an absolute legend and I’m truly grateful for his support!!!

These guys are absolute life savers. I purchased a new car which had Ghost-II fitted and whilst changing the disarming sequence managed to get myself into a bit of a mess which resulted in the car being bricked.

I reached out to Autowatch for technical support and they were absolutely brilliant. Karen Lindsay was so helpful and got me in touch with their technician who talked me through the issues and within 5 minutes of speaking on the phone had my car up and running. Turns out I had a few background issues which were interrupting the smooth running of the ghost system. Thank you so much Tom and Karen. Really really appreciate it. 10/10 ⭐️

Tom got us out of trouble again with his calm ,kind and amazing help to get the car started and sort out the alarm sequence to get moving. So grateful for his help and couldn’t recommend this company more! Absolutely 10 star service! Thankyou

Absolutely recommend Auto watch and more so Tom, he went above and beyond and came out the next day to help me with my ghost immobiliser when I thought my car was done for when it wouldn’t start, he reset and found the problem which luckily wasn’t anything to do with the ghost itself it was my break sensor! Absolutely top guy and top service and a rapid turn around!

The service was excellent as I had a problem with the system. The technician, Tom talked me through it, set up the app on my phone and enabled me to remote start my car. Excellent!
