The ordering process was simple, the aids arrived quickly and were well packaged, included a selection of different types of domes to try. At the initial setting up meeting with Talia we ran into some hardware issues with the Remote Link unit which had to be replaced, unfortunately the replacement unit had not been 'coded' and would not work, Talia quickly sorted this all out and a working Remote Link was received and thereafter the remote sessions worked without issue. The Widex aids are excellent and superior to other aids I have tried from high street audiologists, having the backup with Talia and the team for remote management is reassuring. Overall very pleased with the aids and the service despite initial glitches.

As a first time user of hearing aids, I was shocked at how brutally expensive they all are. I was very careful about how I progressed in acquiring a pair. Initially I put things off and when I did eventually concede, my search across the whole market found Auzen. A lot cheaper than anywhere else for the very same top drawer products!
I made a straightforward enquiry online and was promptly contacted by Talia. The guidance and advice I received from her in an initial consultation was invaluable. She quickly narrowed the array of products available to those that would best suit my personal situation, no pushing or directing to one particular brand or the most expensive out there. Just lots of advice and info and off you go to do your own research. No pressure, no commitment. I knew basic nhs aids were only going to turn the volume up, on everything. Ok for some people but was not going to work for me in my situation. Eventually I chose a pair after a further long chat with Talia about pro's/con's etc from my shortlist. Talia made me feel completely confident in my choice and just over a week later I had my new aids and we were meeting again online and setting them up.
I cannot believe what you can do through this type of meeting and connection. Talia remotely tunes the aids to suit your hearing and then completes all necesary tests to perfect them - it is so easy, convenient and it is personal. Dont think for a second you need to be face to face in the same room, you don't.
We have completed several meetings now to carefully fine tune and perfect the settings to suit me. Talia is very thorough and patient, she is totally focussed on getting the very best out of your hearing aids in a steady step by step way.
The end result for me?.... game changing!

Compré unos audífonos marca Resound y modelo Vivía por recomendación de su comercial el Señor Jonathan, ha sido la peor compra que he hecho desde que soy usuario de audífonos que va para 16 años que compre los primeros.
Los audífonos se me entregaron con casi un mes de retraso y desde su puesta en funcionamiento el audífono derecho no funcionó correctamente, Rosa la audiologa de la empresa aún siendo una gran profesional no pudo dar solución al problema y decidieron enviarme uno nuevo que tampoco funcionó correctamente y así transcurrieron tres meses intentando en varias sesiones dar solución sin éxito, hasta que decidieron enviarlo a reparar a laboratorio. Mi sorpresa fue que me tuvieron otros tres meses sin enviar el audífono reparado y consecuentemente sin poder hacer uso de él durante todo este tiempo, En todo este tiempo reclamé al Señor Jonathan el comercial de esta empresa varias veces al paradero de mi audífono sin contestación por su parte, intenté que me cambiaran los audífonos por otros de otra marca que me prometió el Señor Jonathan en el negociado de la compra, hasta la fecha sin contestación por su parte. Resumiendo no aconsejó a nadie que compre estos audífonos súper sensibles y de poca calidad, la falta de profesionalidad
por parte del Señor Jonathan en dar solución a los problemas de garantía y su falta de contestación a mis reclamaciones harán que en un futuro recapacite la compra de unos nuevos audífonos a Auzen

Mi sono rivolta ad Auzen dopo un'esperienza deludente con Amplifon. Ero in dubbio per l'assenza di un negozio fisico di riferimento. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho acquistato apparecchi acustici di fascia alta pagandoli il loro giusto prezzo. La manutenzione è molto semplice, gli accessori si possono comprare online. Grazie ad Alan Conti e al dottor Canasta ogni dubbio è stato risolto. Consiglio vivamente.

Mi paso por Auzen ha sido muy satisfactoria, muy buena atención al público, tanto Jonathan como Rosa han hecho todo lo necesario para que me sienta cómodo y resolver todas mis dudas, fue la primera compra que hice de audífonos Signia online, después de probar en varias tiendas físicas y la verdad no me arrepiento, tiene buen precio comparado con las tiendas físicas, en definitiva es buena opción para recomendar, gracias.

It's a huge personal decision deciding you need hearing aids and it took me months to take that step. I did a lot of research and picked Auzen as my choice. I made the choice of aids I wanted to purchase. The price was significantly cheaper than a popular High Street chain in UK.
I received a phone call from Talia the pricing was sent to me. They were delivered safely and clear instructions given to download the relevant brand app (mine was Signia) and arrange a first call check in using a video meeting. In total I had 3 meetings with Talia. Each time her professionalism and patience stands out. She makes you feel at ease and that to me was hugely important.
All in all I have had a hugely positive experience with Auzen and Talia in particular and now I wear my aids daily with confidence.

mismos productos a precios más razonables, miré en varios establecimientos a pie de calle que se dedican al sector de audifonos, tanto franquicias como empresas propias, me di cuenta que en los mismos modelos, mismos años de salida, todo igual, las diferencias eran abismales en precio, nos ahorramos 1000 euros en los mismos audifonos, atencion buena, un poco lio en las llamadas porque utilizam google meet, y tardaban un poco en llegar , algo mas de una semana pero merece la pena con el dineral que te ahorras

Purchasing hearing aids proved to be an informative experience. Mr. Alan Conti oversaw logistics, closely monitoring the shipment until delivery and handling all formalities, including pre-programming of the devices. Dr. Domenico Camasta dedicated several sessions to precisely adjust my hearing aids for optimal performance. Communication with both professionals was highly effective, leading to valuable recommendations regarding receiver wire length, dome selection, custom moulds, and other relevant factors, all aimed at maximising speech intelligibility. I trust their expertise will continue to support me through Unlimited Assistance and Follow-Up.

In passato in merito al mio problema uditivo (ipoacusia percettiva bilaterale sulle frequenze medio alte ) ho avuto diverse esperienze con protesi acustiche di varie marche, tutte risultate nel tempo molto fallimentari, un po’ per mia incuria ed un po’ per inefficienza delle aziende a cui via via mi sono rivolto . Con Auzen molto è cambiato. A partire dalla scelta delle protesi fino alla regolazione delle stesse ho trovato personale tecnico altamente specializzato, che ad oggi mi sta facendo apprezzare al meglio gli apparecchi acustici che indosso. Infine, per il loro acquisto ho usufruito di una formula di pagamento rateale senza interessi.

Easy to use, as described on website, online support is great, and as long as you can use a phone and teams/google meets its easy. Having used a F2F audiologist for a trial pair of hearing aids, then Auzen for my actual pair - there was no difference in level of service, just 40% cheaper

Consegna velocissima. Appena indossato gli apparecchi, la preregolazione di fabbrica in base al mio audiogramma, era già buona. Dopo una settimana, alla prima seduta di telefitting ho conosciuto il Dott. Domenico Camasta. Mi ha regolato, al primo colpo, in maniera ottimale gli apparecchi !! Veramente molto bravo e disponibile. Lo dico dopo aver avuto altre esperienze. Posso concludere affermando di essere molto soddisfatto e convinto di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Consiglierò senza ombra di dubbio Auzen a chi mi chiederà consigli in merito !!

My experience was 5*+! Talia my consultant audiologist was absolutely brilliant and handled my fittings, queries, concerns etc very professionally. This was my first hearing aid experience so I was a little anxious. I had already visited several audiologists and done hearing tests that confirmed I would benefit from having hearing aids. I was however absolutely horrified at the pricing of the devices especially at the higher end (as well as some of the pressure sales techniques employed). Then I discovered Auzen online and saw that their pricing was exceptionally competitive - being roughly 40% cheaper than my next best offer for the identical item Phonak Infinio Ultra. I was tentative at first about making such a big purchase decision online and a bit suspicious about the very competitive pricing but the process has been incredible. From the initial consultation session where I decided to go ahead, and after a very simple 5 minute ear scan using my phone’s camera, the ready to wear hearing aids arrived in just 2 days! Thereafter I’ve had 3 online follow up sessions for fine tuning and minor adjustment which is done in real time with the consultant. It’s really been a seamless and thoroughly professional experience and I can highly recommend this company as offering exceptional value for money and Talia in particular for delivering amazing service.
