I rented a road bike for a week. The bike was excellent, the gears were perfectly adjusted, and the frame size was a perfect fit. The bike was delivered to and picked up from the hotel on time. A floor pump was even included. All this at a very good price. The friendly service was also worth mentioning. I highly recommend them and would definitely rent from them again.

So far, this is the best shop in Crans-Montana ski resort. Always welcoming and very patient to share great advices. You will find everything you need. I warmly recommend them.

Mijn familie en ikzelf kopen al onze snowboards en skiegerief in de Avalanche. Je wordt er altijd vriendelijk bedient. Het personeel neemt altijd hun tijd om het materiaal voor te stellen die het beste past bij je skiestijl.

De kindjes huren er hun spullen. De voeten worden netjes opgemeten en hun skibotten en skilatten verkeren altijd in nagenoeg perfecte staat.

Vandaag ging de binding van mijn snowboard kapot door mijn eigen toedoen. Even gepasseerd in de Avalanche en de binding werd gratis en in ongeveer één minuut herstelt. Wanneer je maar enkele dagen op de piste doorbrengt is zulke service onbetaalbaar.

Ik kan anderen alleen maar aanraden te kopen of te huren bij de Avalanche!

It was my first time there and I was warmly welcomed by the knowledgeable and helpful team. Dave the owner obviously knows a thing or two.
From a snowboarder's point of view, this is still a real board shop that I can recommend without reservation.
