I’ve been using the Avalla K-45 for around three years now, and I can honestly say the quality has been excellent. It still works properly, heats consistently, and has been very reliable in day-to-day use.

For a couple, the 4.5L capacity is more than enough for regular meals, whether we’re making rice, soup, stew or beans. I also really like how easy it is to use, with clear settings, useful preset programmes, and handy features like delay start and keep warm.

What impressed me most is how well it has held up over time. After three years of use, it still feels dependable and practical, which says a lot about the build quality. It’s a great kitchen appliance for anyone who wants something convenient, and the right size for everyday cooking.

Very happy with it overall and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent product and brilliant customer service from Claire when I had a query some time after purchase. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted the company by email after my Avalla dehumidifier stopped collecting water after over two years.

Claire Dollery got back to me almost immediately, ran through some questions, then sent me a returns form.

I packaged the unit up, and it was collected from my home on the date and time arranged with Claire.

Just over a week later, I received a brand new unit!!

I cannot praise Claire, or this company, enough for their fantastic customer service. If only other companies were half as good as these great people!!

Claire went above and beyond 100% customer service, sourcing a part for my dehumidifier. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bought the mop some time ago, but it is still working like the first day I purchased it. It is lightweight and very flexible, getting to the hard-to-reach places.

Based on the performance of their mod, I would definitely buy another product from Avalla.

Delivery was really fast unfortunately the spinning discs on the mop stopped working after using for about Five minutes. I emailed customer service with a video of the fault,it was a Friday evening so I didn't expect a reply until Monday when Claire answered, she was very helpful and by 9am on the Tuesday I had a new machine I didn't even have to return the faulty one.New one working well and cleans beautifully

I purchased a steam mop from Avalla and was delighted with it. Unfortunately, after eight months it would not work. As the item had a two year warranty I used the contact form to inform the company of this issue. This was dealt with promptly by customer agent Claire Dollery, Claire was efficient, professional, friendly and arranged for a new steam mop to be delivered. I could not have asked for more from the company and agent Claire.

I don’t suppose that it’s the company’s fault but the courier that they used was rubbish,TNT.
The major saving grace was that Claire was an absolute superstar in getting things sorted.

Sam went out of his way to sauce and supply a handle for my steam mop, and shipped it to us very quickly.

Excellent service and product.

I received a steam mop originally that came used and clearly was meant to be a return. I got in contact with customer service and the issue was rectified quickly and a new one was shipped out and received the next day. The steam mop is excellent and I’m happy the mistake could be resolved without hassle.

I purchased the Avalla R4200, wow I’m well impressed with it, it’s great how it changes colour and fan speed when it catches changes in the air.. The air feels so much better clean and fresh even my friends commented on how good it feels 😃 it’s doing a great job with the dust in my house too.. I will be purchasing another machine for my bedroom soon.. The company kept me updated with delivery, I received the item within 48hrs. 5 BIG FAT STARS FROM ME.. TY

The Delivery was very bad. Otherwise I would have given 5stars. However I don't think bad delivery is the fault of Avalla. That's down to TNT! The product when I finally received it is very good. Beautifully designed, very stylish and whisper quiet. My Home smells much fresher and it was a pleasure to come Home after suffering awful smells from a Neighbour's Apartment.
