Brilliant products and the BEST customer service I have every received!
I'm new to this range so only recently sampled a selection of the products available, but truly impressed and would highly recommend.
From a customer service view point Muhammad is a true legend and a first class example the everyone should follow. Faultless!

Ok. So UPS seriously dropped the ball on my delivery. My Advent calendar sat in customs for over 3 weeks. The tracking said it had cleared but there was some paperwork that was missing. I contacted Avant and they got on top of the situation. The next thing I knew, I got a shipping notice from DHL and had my calendar within a week! Thank you Avant!

Now about the products! I have been using them for less than a week and already see a major difference in my skin! I can't believe how soft it is! The serum smells so good! It's not a really thick serum. Very thin, but it's perfect for my skin! The only thing I haven't used yet is the micellar water. I have lash extensions so I can't use it near my eyes. And my skin is so much better, that I haven't put on makeup, except some liner and shadow.

I don't look my age, but my skin is so much better I look even younger!

I couldn’t believe all the criticisms. I got some Avant moisturiser in a very high end beauty advent calendar. It’s the best I’ve ever had. I’ve bought loads of their products since but never paid full, are often decent offers. I’ve just ordered their beauty advent calendar, it’s only £99. Since I’ve been using their products people have commented on how lovely my skin looked and one said I couldn’t possibly be 50. I told her I wasn’t. I’m 73 in 4 weeks 😹😹😹

The Avant Advanced Bio Ultra-Fine Texture Day Moisturiser absorbs quickly, leaves my skin soft and smooth, and gives a healthy glow without feeling heavy. A little goes a long way—definitely a new staple in my skincare routine!

I came across this brand using a beauty box subscription and was really impressed with the product. Love that it is cruelty free and effective on my eye area. Mid 40’s, looking to reduce signs of aging. Purchased one of the eye creams, had a slight error with the item but resolved quickly by Muhhamed. My experience is a great product and really helpful customer service. Thank you.

I have ordered a cream asking explanation why the same cream in two different packages got different ingredient duo moisturiser normal package and travel package. They reassured me that the ingredients are the same. I have just received the order, with a totally different cream. Same name but with a full list of ingredient that are not present in the one I wanted.

Terrible customer service. Received an email with products in a BOGOF promotion. Ordered the deal, only one was despatched. Contacted Avant via email and was told they’d ensure free one was sent out. That didn’t happen. 2 days later and being dumped on a live chat with no response I got “gift sets aren’t in the offer” . Nightmare…..now have to send the set back that I bought as advertised in the deal. Avoid avoid avoid

Pre-ordered the keratin hair cream. Website said stock expected early May. Chased on May 15 to be told I’d get my order the following week. It never came so I requested a refund but was told stock was definitely coming soon and I could wait.
Website still says stock expected early June (as of June 9th).
I doubt this stock will ever arrive.
What an odd experience. I will never buy anything from this brand.
Had to get my credit card provider involved to secure the refund.

Ordered the rose lip exfoliator for Mother’s Day and it arrived promptly but when opened by my mother, was found to only contain half the product as usual. Tube was full of air bubbles with barely any product. Contacted customer services and included photos of the tube and received a very vague reply stating that the tube definitely does contain the normal amount of product even though it absolutely does not. Not good enough especially with the price tag. Will not buy from these people again!! Be aware

This is literally my favourite brand ever
I first received an avant product in a glossy box years ago and since then have used them continuously. The are luxury at its finest. Very highly recommend

Poor customer service after missing parcel that I had to look at coordinated for royal mail myself and go to a different street to track down parcel which was damaged and wet as left outside the wrong address for a week. They took no responsibility as package said delivered. Will never be ordering from them again. Over priced I only bought the gift as my neice wanted to try it but as ruined she didn't get the advent just the products.
Please avoid the rude unprofessional overpriced company.

Ordered advent calander and still.waiting for it asked for refund as not sent then got email saying now been sent but no tracking... still waiting for item a few weeks later and don't believe the full rrp is anything what the products are valued at especially when looking at the ingredients, would never pay full price or even close to it. Feel used as a rrp to inflate the cost of Offers and beauty boxes. If your paying nearly a hundred quid for a product would want luxury packaging and good reviews not a cheap plastic product with no packaging.

I recently opened an account with Avant skincare. I always loved their mosturisers & lip scrubs so when I heard about this year Avant 12 days of Christmas, Zodiac Advent Calender, I decided to purchase it. It was a fantastic deal. I live in Ireland, so delivery took one week, but it was worth waiting for. The calender is amazing. The range of products is well thought out, full sizes & the quality of the packaging is super luxe. I heard a lot of talk on line about Avant skincare before I purchased, but I say make up your own mind about a product and the company that selling it.
Avant Skincare is very good & I would have no hesitation about ordering from them again. Well done Avant skincare.
