Everything indicated that I was buying a device to measure blood glucose without needing to prick your finger. I received a device to measure blood oxygen, and I even bought two because I thought the idea was fantastic. In other words, I paid for something that wasn't what I wanted.

The product failed to perform
The product failed to perform as expected on two different cars we tested, and it did not remove scratches on either vehicle.
The customer service representative did not agree to refund me.
Only after some time and continuous appeals, they agreed to refund 20% only !!!
I definitely do not recommend the product or the company!!!

המוצר לא שווה כלום. הוא לא מסיר סריטות מהאוטו ולו הסריטה הקטנה ביותר. כשפנינו כדי להחזיר את המוצר - כפי שהייתה המדיניות של ההזמנה שניתן להחזיר תוך 30 יום - התשובה שניתנה לנו היתה כזו שהבנו שכספנו אבד.
