Good, but could be better..
The customer service was good and also the discounts part were good enough. If the website would be a little more attractive it could be better. But nevertheless a smooth experience. Also if we could get a dedicated app where the documents and everything is readily accessible. Somewhat like a car insurance app. 5/5.

Quick and easy. Helpful staff.
Friendly and helpful staff. Answered all of my questions and developed a quote while I was on the phone. No waiting for weeks while things went through underwriting. Quote was emailed within minutes and they bound coverage immediately upon payment. To top it off, the premium was over $1000 less than competing companies. Great job.

During a long involvement in private private aviation, I have owned and flown various aircraft, ranging from fabric covered Taildraggers to light twins. Each required insurance coverage and I therefore had interactions with several different insurers. Avemco is the best in the industry, hands-down! Everyone there with whom I have come in contact is courteous, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the world of general aviation. Generally poor communication and follow up in what I actually purchased with the company. I was disappointed in how the insurance payment was confirmed and I never received an email the rep mentioned on the phone.

Premise Liability policy for a T-hangar
I recently rented a T-hangar to use for building a Van’s RV9A. The Airport rental agreement required that I carry a $1,000,000 liability policy for the premises. I called and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman named Owen. He was courteous and quickly updated a quotation. The price was reasonable and he took my credit card payment over the phone and then sent the contract for me to e-sign. Once I approved the documents, he e-mailed me and the Airport a copy of the documents and sent hard copies through the mail as well. Prompt and professional. An overall great experience. I would highly recommend Avemco.
