I ordered 3 Hoodies 3 months ago for Gifts ( YOU Are Enough ) No Hoodies and No Reply They took the money and Now Nothing. This Is a Scam...Unreal

As the lady before I ordered a coat it took about 3 weeks to get to me, the coat is awful, cheap material,
nothing like I ordered. I am at the moment trying to return but keep getting emails offering 20% & now 30% but coat is hideous wouldn't wear it!!!

Purchased a coat online - arrived 2 weeks late which they apologised for offering 15% discount due to the lateness
item incorrect - completely different coat
Sent them order and photos - very obvious incorrect coat
Return now to Asia would cost- no mention of this on website - says easy returns within 30 days of receipt with photo

I ORDERED MY HOODIES AND T.SHIRT LAST YEAR AND WAS GIFTED SOME ONLINE JOURNALS. THE JOURNALS WERE EMAILED, (NOT THAT IV'E OPENED THEM), BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CLOTHES. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO LOG COMPAINTS AND EMAILS, BUT THEY ALWAYS BOUNCE BACK AS THERE IS NO ACCOUNT.

I purchased three hoodies on 12/23/25 and have not received them! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don't order anything from this company they are a scam.
i placed an order 12.14.2025 and the order still has not shown up i keep sending message with promise that my order is on the way they are no a legit company

I too was ripped off by this company! How sad, that people aren’t honest anymore longer. These were also Christmas gifts for a couple grandkids. And now they have ghosted all of us. Disgusting since online shopping is pretty much all that’s offered. Had to give one star just to comment. I pray Karma is right behind them.

I would also give this company ZERO stars if it were an option. I placed an order mid December 2025 for 4 "Dear person' sweatshirts for Christmas gifts. I paid for all of them and never received them. I'm writing this review on February 10th 2026. The website indicated that part of my order was shipped on December 28th, I still have not received any of my order. My attempts to contact Avenlyshop.com have been ignored and my inquiries have gone unanswered.
* Time for the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office to be notified of this scam. I hope others do the same.

If I couldn’t would give it a negative -5 . they are scammers I bought a few things and I never received them, tried to email them but emails could kept coming back saying it’s not a real email address but it was the be they have on there site . this place is a scam they all are a rip all with black hearts

I lost my son to suicide.
I wanted to get this hoodie to remind others that this doesn't have to be the answer. They matter. And if they need it, I will talk or help them.
My order never came. I ordered it December 3, 2025. Im very sad about this. Emails are returned unsendable. No phone number. Shame on them for preying on people's emotions.

Definitely a scam. Didn't get my order. No way to call and emails are useless.

Wish I could do 0 stars. I send emails asking about my orders and it comes back that no such address exists. I'm very disappointed that someone would take advantage of other people's feelings and problems. I pray that God gives them as they deserve, and save their souls.

Scam ordered Dec 16 2025 never received my order. Website is shut down and emails just bounced back. So so sad to get scammed by someone selling emotional support products …

Ordered Nov 28, 2025 and never received. I usually read reviews first but didn't this time. Chalked it up to a loss.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering, Avenly is a total SCAM. Website now non existent.

made 3 separate purchases.. its now been 6 weeks and nothing received or any correspondence from them.
The products were for 'emotional support merchandise. Which makes it even harder yo believe that they would fo this..but they did.
They had a website. When I ordered 6 weeks ago..now the website does NOT exist.
the email given for customer service is not a real email- when you email them. It comes back as 'undeliverable'

Ive contacted my bank to cancel the funds sent. I won't know if I get my refund for a few weeks.

PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
