We have only been with Avensure for a couple of weeks but their incredible service has already blown us away. Each person we have spoken to have been polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Letters/documents that we've requested have been in our inboxes within minutes saving us valuable time whilst also ensuring the contents comply with the relevant laws/regulations. Avensure have taken an enormous weight off our shoulders.

David is very personable, understanding and thorough. He's helped us reach our desired outcomes each time. Highly recommend Avensure.

I had very good support and they always gave me a call back if they was not available on my first call.

A recent incident required us to use the services of Avensure. Our Account Manager was not available on the day, however, the service provided by Alfie Hand was exceptional. The advice and support given resolved our concerns with no further issues. Thank you Alfie for your continued support. This is very much appreciated.

Signed us up to an additional five year contract and although not providing an efficient service and significant charging refuse to allow us to exit. Should not be allowed.

In regards to the reply from Avensure, we are very much a customer of yourselves and have reached out on several occasions to unable us to fairly exit the contract, however this has been refused. As you have proven that openly discussing the issue has not helped then anonymity will be held.

Amanda is always supportive and proactive. every time we have issues she support the company. She completes all tasks within time and she always advices us.

Running a busy club in Lincolnshire and the issues we encounter from staff and customer Avensure Ltd advice and govenance in all matters has been invaluable. The club has built an excellent working relationship with the staff at Avensure, and no amount of explanations are too much trouble.
