Avensure have offered great support throughout our time working with them. Having a dedicated advisor has made a real difference, as it means we always speak to someone who understands our organisation and our needs. Our advisor is always available to offer guidance and responds quickly, which gives us real reassurance.
The value of the service has been excellent. We feel well supported and confident that we are receiving up-to-date, practical advice that helps us make informed decisions and stay compliant. Ballagh Care has found Lauren’s support, as Employment Consultant for Avensure, extremely valuable. Having Lauren as a dedicated single point of contact has made a real difference. Letter sent to the business using an address that was four years out if date. Zero ability to say where data was obtained from which is required under U.K. law and a totally inept complaints procedure. As they can’t manage their own business there is no way they could be trusted to advise others.

The reply below is little more than a form letter refusing to be accountable for not checking the error in the data you hold. Saying that you have no process to prevent data re-entering your system shows a complete lack of system integrity in your data. Perhaps you should invest in better processes and a new system that is fit for purpose.

My Health and Safety policy required updating, not only was it updated within a few hours, the format had been adjusted making it clearer and easier to read than the previous heavy font, minor corrections had also been applied to the spacing, making the pages look more fitting for purpose. The team at Avensure are always very friendly and responsive. I can always get through to somebody very quickly. My allocated consultant is very helpful and ensures consistency, but if she is unavailable there are always other team members who are able to help.
