Scott was outstanding and professional throughout the process. His report was extremely detailed and couldn't recommend him more.

Scott recently carried out a Level 2 Survey with costings for a property we were considering. He was thorough, professional, and clear in explaining the issues — which turned out to be far more extensive than expected. His detailed report and realistic cost estimates helped us make an informed decision and likely saved us from a costly mistake. We’d highly recommend Scott to anyone needing an honest and reliable surveyor.

Exceptional service. Surveyor offered quick turnaround. Report document was very detailed and on point. Apart from document, Scott offered his time to discuss all highlighted points of survey. Very good expirience after all, highly recommended.

Scott was swift and thorough, producing a professional report highlighting the urgency of issues and a timeframe in which to deal with them.
The service was reasonably priced and good value for the detail of information.
My only suggestion would be to use a larger text size in the report.
