Great company and customer service
Great company and customer service! I have ordered 3 scrubber dryers and 2 wet vacuums for my business which were recommended to me by Nag. We had a demonstration on the scrubber dryers to make sure I get the right one. Prompt delivery and great Quality. 10/10.

Unfortunately it took over 1 month for the item purchased to be delivered and I had to chase them several times for answers on where the product was. Thankfully they were quite quick to respond back to me however the 3-5 business days stated when I purchased the items were way off.

Thank you for your feedback. The part that you have ordered does normally take up to 5 working days, however in your case it was delayed by the manufacturer. As you mentioned, we have chased it for you a few times and communicated it promptly.
Even though we do not normally face delays like this, we are sorry this has happened to you. We will be looking into this to find out what caused the delays and we will do everything to avoid this in the future.
