Very professional, covered everything I'd ask them too and was happy to explain some of the finding over the phone

Firstly they were really helpful in recommending what level of survey we had. Bill who did the survey gave so much detail in the report, which was very useful as there were quite a few issues that he picked up on. They were great with answering questions after. Would definitely use again, very professional and helpful.

Called for an appointment, was all arranged in the matter of weeks. Very happy with the person who came round to do the survey and the outcome. Cost was as I expected and no hidden fees! Would recommend!

Outstanding service. Ive had nothing but problems selling my "help to buy" house. I was rhen let down at the last minute by another company. Avery & co moved could not have done more to help me. From the lady in the call centre who went out of yer way to contact my local surveyor and ask a favour. To the surveyor who was super professional and friendly who then fast tracked my report so i wold not miss my deadline. And the office for speeding things through. I'm so grateful (& just wish i chose Avery & Co first as it would have saved me a lot of £) and highly recommend especially if your confused with the help to buy stuff

My Level 2 Report was undertaken in a timely fashion and in a comprehensive manner including specific issues I highlighted. Ultimately it has provided me with confidence and reassurance to proceed with the purchase of the property in question.

Quick, friendly and easy to talk to. The survey was very detailed which was great but as a first time buyer it was overwhelming for me. This wasn't an issue because I just called up like they advised in their email and talked through it with the surveyor who explained it simply for me.

A very thorough survey was completed and we have contacted him to discuss various issues following the report and the searches on the property that we are hoping to buy. I contacted Avery & Co when my solicitors for a house move put me in a difficult position for getting a survey completed. I had been told by others it would take weeks. Once i explained my situation, they couldn't have been more helpful making some calls to see if they could make arrangements to provide the survey in days not weeks. They listen to my needs and went out of their way to help, the final product was excellent too. I am so thankful to Avery & Co for helping me, i would recommend them to anyone, excellent, professional, friendly company.

The whole team at Avery & Co have been fabulous from the very first interaction. I originally purchased a RICs valuation from them for Homes England, and subsequently needed a desktop extension for this. They went above and beyond, not only providing the valuations swiftly, but also helping me in dealing with some frustrating Homes England issues that were outside of Avery & Co's control. Can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Kate especially was absolutely FAB! :)
