No communication about my purchase, I didn’t receive it yet and I can’t even track it, a bad experience for me

Good customer service, after some initial concerns about delivery they expedited the package (it was small) and sent Royal Mail rather than the usual courier, arrived ahead of schedule after them originally being concerned it would be late.

Should, however, just default to using this method for Highland delivery addresses - most of the couriers are terrible up here (Evri being the worst) whereas Royal Mail first class is typically still next day.

Even included a small unexpected gift for the new pilot in our life, which was very much appreciated!

Fast shipping within the UK. My Aviationtag arrived in great condition, I would feel better though if they add a little bit more packaging around the product to avoid the possibility of scratches and dents. For example, Aviationtag wraps the order receipt (printed in an A4 piece of paper) around their product when they ship.

Good selection at reasonable prices. Packaging could have been better as some backing cars were creased/bent on arrival. Not sure if done before or after posting but ideally collectors want to avoid this.

GREAT item indeed, however is was not mentioned that it was shipped from the U.K. which means long transit time in Customs Clearence and even filling a Customs entry once arrived in My Country in EU. Small tip in order to avoid any future misunderstanding in the future: please mention the Country of shipping origin. Thank you so much.
