As a new budgie owner I stumbled across this company by chance. Wanting to avoid using chemical treatments, I emailed them with a list of queries about two of their alternative natural avian products and Melissa W replied with a detailed answer to every one of my queries. So nice to find a company with such helpful customer support. On the strength of this I ordered both products and they were delivered very quickly. I cannot yet vouch for the effectiveness of the products as I haven’t yet begun the regular treatment regime but have faith they will do the job required and be a safer option for my birds.

I received my order and unfortunately had been damaged through transit but I got in touch with the customer service and the next day I had a replacement sent out.

I have now had my dental powder replaced and look forward to trying again. A lady phoned and sorted everything out for me and I look forward to a new understanding with aviform.Although I found the bone broth excellent the dental powder was dreadful,it just became a solid lump. I spoke to aviform who said they investigated but more or less put the blame on me. I cancelled the subscription and was not offered a refund. I now use an alternative product with no problems. I have 9 dogs and it would have been easier to get all supplements from one supplier.

Our 16 year old cross Black Lab isn't going to last forever, but this stomach compound is quite remarkable. In a world where local vets have become part of multi nationals and are fuelled by shareholder greed especially in final weeks/months of a much loved pets life, it's good to find home treatments that work. I've had my horse Buddy on Pro Choice Gold since mid-December. Yesterday I took him out in the lorry for the first time and he ate all the way to the clinic and back. He rarely eat while travelling normally.

He's been less reactive to being girthed as well. And more chilled out in general. I'd recommend it.

The service was exceptional too. The team took the time to talk through the various behaviours I was seeing. And gave me options without a hard sell.

They're very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about providing high quality supplements that actually work.

Excellent product, given our Great Dane a new lease of life after suffering for months with arthritis which pain killing medications only appeared to take edge off. Now jumps around like a puppy.
