I had booked the Ultimate Gameshow experience as a virtual Christmas party event, in lieu of an in-person party due to Covid-19, and was extremely satisfied with its success. It was a great way for us to have a bit of fun and interact with others virtually. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, the team were very well prepared and were always on hand to answer questions. Laurence was a great host, he made the evening enjoyable and had us laughing from start to finish. The range of different tasks were great, some very different as it was not your standard gameshow quiz - was definitely a great way to end a difficult year for most. I only wish we could do it again! Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone, and have done so already to everyone and anyone who will listen!

Had a great experience with AVA Experience. They were quick to reply and help with my query, payment was easy and event set up was clear.
We completed the online escape room which I would really recommend. We worked in teams which was a really nice way to get everyone involved (not like on a big team zoom call!) and also added a good element of competition!
100% recommend and would certainly book through them again.

A highly entertaining experience, and fantastic to be able to bring our colleagues together while many of us are working remotely.

I worked with Ava to arrange and host a series of virtual Christmas activities and events with my company, and it was a superb experience. The team were communicative, dependable and flexible, and they executed against our ambitions seamlessly.

Ava helped us design a bespoke festive gift hamper for every colleague, coordinating everything from its contents, to the packaging and shipping (international and domestic), which happened exactly as expected.

The team also worked with us arrange a series of virtual wreath-making workshops with an independent supplier. The whole company provided glowing feedback on the workshops, which were outstanding - informative, relaxed, and zero logistical issues. shipping them nationally and internationally.

Stellar job all round and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ava.

I bought a voucher from AVA Experience months ago, which I can sadly no longer use due to personal reasons, and have been trying to contact them for weeks with zero reply. I've emailed their address "info @ avaexperience.com" many many times, I've tried to contact them with their "online chat platform" for weeks but none of my messages have been seen/read, via Facebook and Instagram, but no-one has bothered replying to me for weeks! Avoid them at all costs. What a ridiculously poor customer service. That's £60 I feel I won't get back. They don't have a phone number, and I can't think of any other way to try contacting them.

With 2020 being the year of no physical parties, this was without a doubt the best option we could have gone for! Drag bingo with 67 people was absolutely hilarious! Charlie Hides was a great host and the feedback we had off people was brilliant. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Would highly recommend!

Booked AVA for the Bloom & Wild Christmas party this year and it was a huge success. Was a bit sceptical about how a virtual party would run, but the team organised everything for us and were so well prepared for everything. We had the Cocktail masterclass which was so insightful and interesting, and the ceramics workshop which people loved. Then we had the gameshow after which was so silly and fun! The reviews from the team were great and it was a really fun evening. Would highly recommend!

Very enjoyable experience. For someone who hasn't got a creative bone in her body, I was very pleased with what I produced!

Our virtual wine tasting experience was a really enjoyable evening. We learnt so much whilst at the same time having fun and lots of laughs.

We hosted a corporate event for some of our key clients in Birmingham who we haven't been able to see for the majority of 2020, in the form of virtual wreath making. The event organisation was seamless in that it involved shipping 23 wreath kits to various addresses across Manchester and Birmingham. The host on the day was extremely informative and the produce was fantastic. With lots of insight as to how the produce was ethically sourced from various parts of the country. The event was a great success with many emails received from our clients praising the ability to bring some good cheer and festive feeling into their living rooms at a time when fun and client entertainment is hard to come by. I would highly recommend.

Terrible! They have not been helpful during lockdown and they have no way of you contacting them. There is no email, no telephone number, only a chat function which they do not reply to. So you can not talk to them about any queries regarding what you have booked and during lockdown, as our experience got cancelled they did not reply to provide a refund, even though they have a 14 day deadline to receive one (which consequently has passed even though I had got in contact with them within the week). Definitely not to be trusted!

I have used AVA several times and in all honesty have been really impressed with the value and the experiences.

However, I bought an experience at the beginning of the year and due to covid could not redeem the voucher - totally understandable and I emailed to see what the options would be when everything was open again. I received no reply.

It has now been months and I decided that I would like a refund on the voucher as I have no idea when I would be able to use it, or even if the company the experience was with is actually trading anymore!

I have tried to contact many times by email, messenger etc and no reply. So disappointing and really terrible customer service.

Great Virtual Experience
I booked through AVA Experience and Twist for a virtual cocktail making class. I cannot recommend this enough, the packages were really professional and included our company logo, the communication with Chris at AVA was always quick and easy, Matt the mixologist for the event was brilliant too! I will 100% be booking through AVA again!

Awful service bearing in mind their rip off prices

A fab 90 minute cocktail masterclass. Very enjoyable. Great host. The ingredients were posted out with our Company branding, which was a really nice touch. The team at Ava were great and it was a very smooth booking process. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very disappointing service.

I was told that due to covid all vouchers would be extended and any issues I would receive a refund. One of the experiences appears to no longer exist, yet I am being refused a refund. This was not cited anywhere by them previously.

They are failing to provide a service that I had paid for. Unfortunately I would not trust AVA as there is no protection on the money you have given them.

Have chased for responses via email several times. A week since my last response....

I’ve had the worst experience with AVA paid for an experience for two people, been told that I cannot have a refund, even though the experience is no longer available.
