Update: Sent me the wrong-sized shirts and asked me to spend $80 on shipping fees to get the right shirts shipped to me. Once I complained a couple of times they did manage to send me the shirts in size large at no extra cost to me which I appreciate.

Horrible!
I ordered 3 large size shirts. They send me 3 medium shirts that had no lables. I requested a return label and for them to replace it. They refused to send return lables or credit my account. Instead they had a the audacity to say we can’t credit your account nor send you return lables but we’ll send you three large shirts at half price.
They are either extremely incompetent or scam artists. Watch out people!!

I've often been skeptical about online shopping due to previous disappointments, but Avxnue has completely exceeded my expectations! Despite living in an out-of-the-way location, the shipping was really fast. The sweater I purchased matched its description perfectly, and the quality is top-notch. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

In this crazy world, it has been a sometimes frustrating experience for seniors to find total satisfaction ordering and receiving quality merchandise like you have sent me. I ordered my item over a month ago and still have not received my item and have left emails and received no response. Had I known that the hardy shorts I ordered would not arrive until after summer was over I probably would’ve waited until next year to order my item. I would not buy from this company ever again. And I would suggest other people to shop elsewhere.

Please take a moment to read reviews prior to spending your money at this retailer and be warned. I ordered the 4-pack of long-sleeved linen hoodies in men's 3X. I did receive the order, however, the shirts are absolute garbage. The men's 3 X is more like a women's medium. The fabric is cheap and stiff, nothing even close to linen. The colors are not as they appear in the store ads. After my purchase, the sales ad emails came fast and furious. But, when I inquired about returning the shirts, I got no response whatsoever. Although it appears based on other reviews, the return must be sent to China at an exorbitant cost, even though their website has an address in San Francisco.

This is the second time an order I placed has gone missing in shipping. I fell for buying additional items because they gave me 50% off. What good is that when the order doesn’t arrive. Their response is it’s not our fault. Too bad for me, the customer.

Very hard to reach because return emails are blocked from reaching the company.

I guess you just chalk it up to a loss and never use this company.

The company’s response is to apologize and invite me to email them my concerns. I’ve done that no fewer than 10 times. So difficult to reach them as the email gets kicked back as allegedly containing a virus and thus undeliverable. It’s the scam nature of this that keeps me motivated to press on. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. If they ever make good by me, I will gladly revise this review, but I have no hope they will.

Not a good product. Make sure you understand the return policy, since the product sizes are not matching the real sizes.

I placed an order on August 2, 2023. To this day I don't have a notification of a tracking number. And when I tried going to their website, when I enter the order number to check on the status, all I get is "Could not find order". I've tried emailing a reply to seven times to their "Checking in on your order" email and I keep getting an email failure notice that says "Your message wasn't delivered to support @avxnue.com because it may contain a virus. Learn how to check for and prevent viruses." I hope someone from their company sees this and gets back to me as soon as possible as my patience is running very thin.

UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. I just received an email notification that my order is on its way and was provided a tracking number so I upgraded my rating. I will wait for the product for further feedback. I would however suggest that you make a couple of changes to your website by providing the correct link for order support. Also, the search for the order number does not work. Right now, when I put in my order number, it still says that it cannot find it. Not a good look from a customer perspective. Thank you.

Ordered the three pack of short sleeve linen shirts. Firstly, you get a lot of emails, I have unsubscribed so hopefully that does the trick, secondly the shirts took a while to come. Third the shirts are rubbish, I ordered large because I wanted loose, I am normally medium, they are tight, then the material is more synthetic than linen- lastly, two of the three shirts have no button holes, you can see where the sewing around the holes started but they lead off the edge of the shirt.., so they are useless.

I ordered a really cute sweater and was so disappointed when it came. It was nothing like what was pictured. I reached out to try and find out how to send it back and get a refund and no one responded. I tried again and someone finally reached out only to tell me it was past the 14 day return policy. It’s understandable that companies have these policies however if no one responds how can they enforce it?? They really have cute things advertised but be careful when ordering bc you might not get at all what you’re expecting.

I received my order and the shorts are wonderful, a little on the small size but they will make awesome gifts. Customer service offered a nice refund since they don’t have a larger size. I would buy from Avxnue again keeping in mind sizes are a little small. Cheers.

My first purchase, a striped sweater, is excellent. Based on that purchase, I decided to order a denim jacket. I ordered a large, thinking it would be roomy enough to layer. When the jacket arrived, it was way too small for my usually medium frame. In addition, the buttonholes were neither finished nor sewn through all layers of fabric. This made the jacket impossible to button, even if it had run true to size. When I requested a return authorization, it was basically denied. I was told that my only recourse was to order a second jacket in a larger size at half price. Meanwhile, I am expected to keep the first jacket, or gift it to someone else. Not being able to talk to customer service is extremely frustrating. When I replied to an email, I received an error message saying the address was invalid. Even very stylish and reasonably priced garments cannot make up for shoddy business practices and poor customer communication. I want this new, small, family-run business to prosper, but so far I am less than impressed. Fingers crossed that I will eventually receive a satisfactory jacket.

My package did take awhile to arrive. However when I contacted customer service they were helpful, even when I got frustrated and accused them of being a scam. When my tank top did eventually arrive , it was as pictured/what I expected. I was honestly shocked. But yea, the tracking made no sense.

Best beanie I’ve bought to date! It’s the warmest and the quality is great. Couldn’t be happier with it.

What made my experience the best was the customer service, they were out of stock on two items I had ordered. Their follow up and offering of discounts on future orders and subsequently full refund in a timely manner is unheard of. Bravo

Multiple attempted to get help for missing orders, automated answers or nothing . Fed up with dreadful communication, no choice but to involve PayPal to get money back. Awful customer service, avoid at all costs

Have not received the product to determine quality or timely delivery - but, on the front-end, the website was user friendly, and responses (probably computer-generated) were professional, prompt and courteous

The tshirts are nice quality, but it literally takes several weeks to receive them. I’m not sure why it could possibly take so long to process an order and ship.
