I ordered the Nautical bracelet for my son’s high school graduation and it was too big. I reached out and was truly amazed with the outstanding customer care I received. The company representative got right back to me and was so very kind and helpful. Not sure if I’m allowed to use his name, but thank you. Cannot wait for the new size to arrive.

I ordered this bracelet for my son for graduation but it was too big so I emailed the support team and within 5 minutes they had a new size ordered for me and by the next day shipped. Great customer service! I will definitely order from this company again.

Loved the look and the quality of these products - bought my 2 sons a bracelet for Xmas, then got a 3rd for myself. Had an issue with a clasp, and Awareness replaced it, FREE, with no issues. This is so refreshing and gratifying these days to receive Excellent customer service and a company that stands behind their products. Thank you again!

I received a ring as a Christmas gift. I loved it and wore it almost daily. To my surprise one of the stones fell out. I contacted customer service to see if they could fix it. With in minutes I received a response that they were going to replace my ring. About 10 minutes later I got a tracking number and another email following up and apologizing again. It was so quick and easy! It doesn’t seem like customer service is what it used to be, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great service! Thank you!!

After the chain on the cross his dad wore in USMC boot camp broke, he decided to put it away for safe keeping. He then went on the hunt and found his own cross here. He is very happy with it and takes very good care of it. Well worth the wait.
I was so happy with it I bought a "Hug" ring for my daughter. It was a hug from heaven from her grandparents following her graduation from Nursing school.

I recently ordered my son a bracelet. The one I ordered was too big. I emailed them to let them know and they sent out a new one and didn’t make me send the other one back. I am very appreciative and thankful they made this experience easy and stress free.

The item that I purchased was not as I expected. I contacted the company and they immediately took care of the issue. The communication was very easy and the end result was that I will end up with an item that I will be much happier with. The original purchased item was beautiful. However, it did not fit. I notified the company, and the problem was taken care of right away.

If I could give a negative star I would give lots! December 4th I reached out asking if I can buy a replacement ring as my daughters broke. They said they back their jewelry and it's lifetime guaranteed. Awesome, right? Well, a big lie. They asked if I could write a review. Why, of course...Customer service was wonderful, a quick response, and they are replacing my daughter's ring. I wrote a review with such great things to say. Fast forward to this present day, April 10, 2024, with no replacement ring. False hope. Several emails later and nothing. Just a reply back, we are working on it.
Don't waste your time or money. The jewelry won't last. It looks nice when you receive it but if you wear it continuously it will break.

I made a mistake on my order. After o checked out and realized it I reached out to them. They were very quick to fix my order for me. They are very nice and understanding. I can’t wait to get my items and will update my review once I get them

Great site.. My ring was broken,, so sent a mail to customer service and my ring got replaced instantly for a brand new one.. Best money I ever spend!!

They play games with the return process. They tout that they offer easy returns but when you ask for a return they will send email to delay offering credits, or other un-wanted items of 'value' all in an attempt to slow the process and delay, delay , delay. Please, not a good company. Now they have the prodcut back and myoney, plus I paid for the shipping back and guess what ... no refund. O well. Best I can do is warn others off. Their order page is confusing. Not a good experience. Don't buy from them.
