On January 28th 2026, i bought a coupleâs ring they made sure the size was correct before shipping due to the carrier I never received my item they reshipped another ring but also due to carrier I still never got it. These guys checked in with me every day, we had conversations, we discussed the next steps. They gave me a full refund & today I found they shipped out another ring this time making sure it gets to me. Disappointed
When the item arrived it was supposed to be engraved and it was not. Within 2 hours of my wearing the ring a stone fell out. The turquoise was not the same as the picture. And the stone was very lackluster. It Looked like an imitation stone. The customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. I did have to return the ring my wife was to disappointed.
