This is the second time we have booked a holiday through this company, our agent Alex, I must mention Alex is the best , he always looked after us and ours wishes. We have booked holidays for 8 people and Alex made 0 mistakes everything was just spot on. I was very pleased when I contacted him this year and he had saved all our details I was really impressed by him. And holidays as promised were amazing. Really recommending Away Holidays company they gave me the best deals from all market.

Shouted at over by agent
Recently tried to change flights - asked for a breakdown in costs as in less than 24h the price has gone up over £200.
Agent stated they were unable to provide the breakdown. Asked politely surely they can - agent ended up shouting over the phone. Never booking again with away holidays.

Regarding your inquiry about the sudden increase in price, unusual spikes can occur depending on several variables such as airlines changing fares, availability of seats and the time of booking however if you can share the booking reference number with us then can look into the booking and provide you the breakdown

2nd time booking with away holidays
This is our 2nd time booking with away holidays. Had a great experience 1st time around so came back. Rob was great at finding other options that might suit, very good prices as well. We had some difficulties making our mind up and Rob was very patient and ready to make changes to find us what we wanted.

Just made our 6th booking with Away…
Just made our 6th booking with Away Holidays. Always found them very helpful, this time we dealt with Alex who we found to be extremely efficient in helping us find exactly what we wanted. We had a good idea what we thought we wanted but he helped modify our requests to make the holiday even better. Having compared prices previously Away Holidays always seem to be the best price.

Glen was absolutely amazing and helped us find our perfect holiday to Abu Dhabi. Having been messed around by a different travel agency company we spoke to Glen who found us exactly what we wanted for the right price. We received all our travel documents quickly.
