No, it's not a scam. We will pay you 10x you paid us if it is a scam. The staff who sent your package used a standard shipping method, not a fast one which results in delay. Human error happens and we apologize for such.

Thank you for your kind words! We appreciate your trust and business.
BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!
BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!
I bought the item because it was supposed to ship from within the USA and it was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. After 12 days I finally inquired why it had not arrived yet. There was no communication from them prior to my inquiry. They got back to me and told me it was being shipped from China, and that there stock was running low. I told them that I only ordered from them because it was coming from within the USA.This is false advertising and I told them to cancel the order and I would like a full refund. They told me that it wouldn't be worth the trouble because I would still have to wait to get the item and then I would have to pay to ship it to them for there inspection and also pay a 30% restocking fee! Bunch of bull! DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

We are sorry for what has happened. We want to give a full picture of the episode so it's not one-sided.
As explained in our email to you, content is directly quoted unaltered:-
"We have underestimated the need of the product. Therefore it run out quite fast. We thought by sending them direct from manufacturer can save up time. But the deliveries all varies. Some arrives in 8 days, some longer."
We promise to ship in 3-8 business days if product is shipped from US warehouse. We give tracking number so people can always track their packages.
In our FAQ, we state that "US inventories run out of stock quick. If this happens, we will use the fastest and economical trackable shipping method to deliver individual orders from our overseas warehouse directly to the United States without any transfer to other countries."
Because the product has been sent out to you, you can follow our return policy for details if you want to have your money refunded.
The 30% restocking fee is charged on our discretion, only when people don't follow the refund procedure or the product is damaged etc.
You will receive your order. There is no intention from us to scam people. We are legit and responsible and we response to every inquiry.
