NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHOCKING!

The products are lovely but I have got in touch with the company about a return issue and had no communication, I’ve tried emails, instagram and now here in the hopes I get a reply as currently unable to return some items without their contact. Such a shame as products are lovely but customer service is shocking!

Love all of the bras and leggings I bought so far. I think about 10 in total. The quality and fit and comfort are simply superior to other brands and I’m definitely hooked! That makes my life easier because I don’t need to search & try & return all the other inferior stuff out there. I ordered a few items off the site for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately one item was out of stock. I was contacted by email to inform me before my items arrived. I had been refunded for the out of stock item and I had been gifted another gorgeous item as an apology! The item that was out of stock was part of a two piece fitness set, so I got back in touch with Axelegra to see if they could help me out as I needed a set! They sourced one for me and sent me a very easy to follow link to pay the outstanding balance and arranged for return of the one piece I had been sent.
I honestly couldn’t fault them, I’ve dealt with two lovely girls Emily and Sinead! Thank you, I wish you well for the future. Your products are as lovely as your customer service.
