Very professional company. Highly recommend.

Total deceit, shame, bogus scammer law firm. Because of their unprofessionalism, I have to pay an Enbridge and Water bill from a previous owner otherwise I go to a collection agency. Be cautious, I fell into a conspiracy between them and one of the financial providers by taking a large amount of money by stating that I paid a lower down payment. I am living a miserable hopeless situation.

Very thorough in explanation of every terms of the documents.

Very details oriented to ensure the customer fully understand legitimacy of the documents and its applicability within the province of Ontario.

Sonia is polite and very courteous. She is very professional and at the same time friendly and patient in explaining the process and the completion of our files. We are very pleased with her services and also follow-up on correction of information given at the interview.

I had a terrible experience when I went to the notary's office located in Scarborough on Saturday June 4th, 2022. The secretary treated me very kindly, but the notary is an extremely rude person and treated me badly. However, I must admit that when I filed my complaint about the issue they immediately called me from the central office, and they apologized for the bad treatment of the notary, I hope they call him out for what he did.

Now these incompetent lawyers are lying and saying its my fault. The lawyer emailed me saying they cant close my utilities for privacy issues and that it was my responsibility which is a lie. I have an email from Provident energy indicating I cant close my account that my lawyer must send in the proper documentation. I sent the law clerk the email provident sent me and provident confirmed they received nothing from Axess law until two months after closing and I got billed for those utilities during that time. Not only are they not taking responsibility for their incompetence and refunding my money they are now saying its my fault. This is what you get when you use a lawyer located in Walmart. Lesson learned.

Quick, efficient and polite!

Dropping in today May 18, 2022 to make an appointment for the Promotional package of personal Will and Power of Attorney for Property and personal care. We explained to the receptionist why we're there. Annie,who served us was extremely friendly and gave us an appointment. Very pleased and satisfied with her. Thanks Annie. Will surely recommend to my friends and relatives.

In the beginning it was very responsive however once the closing date got closer there was lack of response. After 3 follow up emails and calls finally were able to get a reply however they didn't really answer my questions and I have to figure it out myself.

The lawyer was knowledgable, helpful and had a good sense of humour to make this overall a pleasant experience. Price was great and the Will was given on the spot. Would gladly recommend this service to others.
