It was a very stressful time working with my clerk. Very unresponsive and very poor communication. Very last minute leaving me the consequences on my end.

I have used Axess Law for all of my legal transactions since 2016. It is very easy to fill out the intake form, connect with a clerk and to make appointments with the notary. The people, especially Patricia F. is very knowledgeable and clear with communications/instructions. I have always had the best results and really appreciate the attention and quality of the services provided. Highly recommend and will use again .

I hired these guys to handle my first home purchase and I did not have a good experience overall. They didn't answer several of my questions and kept telling me to ask other people. I would call the office and get voicemails and poor communication overall.
The biggest issue was that they missed a big mistake that I knew about and told them about days ahead of time, but they said everything was fine, even though it wasn't. Sure enough, on CLOSING DAY, I had to scramble around the city to banks because they finally found the mistake that I was telling them about days before. Not a single apology or communication of understanding of the inconvenience they put me through whatsoever. They found the problem, told me to fix it and let them know when it's done, that's it. They clearly didn't care. I didn't get access to my new property until after 6pm on closing day... imagine if I had hired movers that day. What a joke.
When I say "they" I'm talking about the lawyer on my case, Shraya Patel. Not good at her job. At one time my realtor called their office trying to help and they hung up on her. Really bad.
Afterwards, I contacted them to figure out what happened and hopefully get a refund of some amount. The lawyer I spoke to about that was much better and more understanding, but only offered $150 refund, which isn't even close to what I paid for their crappy service.
My realtor, mortgage broker and my landlord, who recommended them to me, are all going to avoid Axess Law at all costs.

It's a shame, because I'm reasonable and understanding and all they had to do was treat me like a human and apologize and try to help me a bit more because this is my first time doing this, but they failed.

Walter was just the best. So personable and professional. I really appreciated that he took the time to go through each section of our documents. Despite my familiarity with wills and POAs, he was thorough, brought to light the importance of each decision... and made my husband and I very comfortable with the process.

My husband and I had a great experience. We thought it would be intimidating but our Lawyer was patient and had a great personality. Overall the experience was great

They were very professional and informative when we were refinancing our mortgage. Plenty of attention to detail in gathering the required information. We were quite pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

The experience was much better than expected. I thought, being a flat rate firm, that the lawyer Would be inexperienced and would want to rush through the process. Luc, was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the options. Also, he was patience with me. It was my first Zoom meeting and I’m severely hard of hearing. Great experience, money well spent!

Incredibly convenient and modern way to close your home purchase. My experience with Axess Law has been amazing. From first call through to follow up and delivery of calls they held our hand each step along the way. It was always clear what step was next and whose ball the court was in. For anyone living a busy home and work life this is the way to go. We were able to sign remotely which cut what is typically 2 hour interaction down to 40 minutes. Bravo Axess Law team.

I had a great experience with Axess Law as a first time home buyer. They were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. They were prompt and very professional. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to have someone always available to thoroughly explain any papers that their clients are required to sign. Some of the verbiage and processes I didn’t understand fully but nonetheless google is always an option. 100% would recommend!

We just had our will n power of attorney done at Axess law virtually. Walter was not only very professional ( clear explaination) but also nice n helpful.

The price for our wills was really reasonable and the process was quick and painless.

Place is super hard to find, when you call because your lost and need guidance the representatives are in Toronto, and have zero idea to where you are locted. When you arrive the lawyer does not introduce himself , all he says is sit here and points to the place where you sit . He is silent the whole time unless asking you for i.d. Does not use the word please ever. And when you say thank you there is a hmm or okay not your welcome . He just seems rude in mannerism. If you don't really care about customer service just want your documents notarized for cheap they are the place it was 28.00 tax included, but if you care about respect and good quality service stay far away . I received an email asking me to write a review so here I am writing one otherwise I don't really care Just wanted my documents notarized and it was super cheap.

Easy to deal with and timely response everything done quickly and accurately

Me and my wife were thinking of having our will done for quite some time but we were always worried about the cost and time but axess law made it easy and affordable for us quick and easy process I definitely recommend them , Sonia was very professional and knowledgeable
