Final edit - support send a new SSD and the pc is working again. Thanks

Edit - Thanks support for responding to the post and assisting with sending out a replacement SSD. Will provide a final update once completed.

Axiom Support hasn't responded to either of the two emails I sent on 2/19/26 or on 2/24/26. Maybe they will read it here.

I bought a pc from them on 12/9/26 as a Christmas present for my 13 year old.

It's been used a handful of times since and then a week ago we turned it on to find the message below.

Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key when powered on.

Reached out to Axiom warranty contact first and the email bounced back and the address doesn't work...always a good sign.

Then on to reaching out to support twice and they can't be bothered to even acknowledge receiving the email. To say the experience is underwhelming is putting it mildly.

Working on next steps now.

I purchased a "gaming PC" from Axiom late 2025. When I first powered on the PC, it already had an “admin” account labeled for Axiom Gaming. In over 25 years of buying gaming PCs, I have never received a system set up like that. Exceptionally unusual and they claimed it was to "test" things. As soon as I tried using the PC for anything beyond start-up the GPU would crash.. under ANY load... the card fails as soon as any games were even attempted to be launched, and the GPU fans outright did not work. In all, this system was entirely unusable.

Within hours of receiving it, I contacted their support. While they were responsive, the troubleshooting mainly involved suggesting I take the system apart and reseat components, which I was not comfortable doing. There were also delays in receiving a return label.

After the PC was returned, I was told it needed to be “inspected.” Around 6 weeks passed without response. Only after the issue was escalated further was I told the system was allegedly “damaged.” That claim was not raised when the return was first received, and I can 100% swear on my best friend's grave that I did not cause any physical damage. My initial contact about the system not working was made immediately after delivery.

After this experience, I looked into other reviews and noticed multiple buyers describing similar problems with systems not functioning properly and difficulty obtaining refunds.

My main concern is the lack of accountability in resolving the issue once the product was back in the seller’s possession. I encourage anyone considering a purchase to read through customer experiences and make an informed decision.

We're sorry to hear this experience was frustrating.

After the system was returned to us, our intake inspection found physical damage to the product that was not present prior to shipment. For that reason, the return did not qualify for a full refund, and a partial refund was issued in accordance with our return and damage policy.

During inspection, the system was also powered on and showed signs of use, including a user profile set up under the name "Marty DuMont." This indicated the product had been used after delivery and prior to return.

All findings were documented at the time of inspection with photos and internal records. When a returned item shows physical damage.

We also made multiple attempts to facilitate the return by providing return labels, but the process was delayed despite our efforts to assist. If Trustpilot or the sales platform requests verification, we are able to provide the documented evidence for review.

Edit: For clarity, the order subtotal was $539.99. A partial refund of $216.00 was issued due to physical damage identified during intake inspection, with no additional adjustment made, leaving a final balance of $323.99.

The return label was provided on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and the return was received and marked delivered on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 12:25 PM. The partial refund was issued during this timeframe.

Marty reached out to us today regarding this matter, despite the partial refund having been issued about two months ago.

Don't buy from this seller!

This is a horrible seller! Do not buy from this company. Sent us a defective pc and would not honor warranty. Horrible customer service. Dont do it!

Love it

I sent a message as the delivery was taking longer than estimated. Not the companies fault, Blake from Axiom gaming personally helped me with my concern and was very responsive and supportive. The only concern I have is I am using light room on this computer and it seems to slow way down not sure if it’s a storage issue or if this is an app issue.

If Lightroom still feels a bit slow, it may help to make sure hardware acceleration is turned on so the program can use your graphics card for image processing. To check this on Windows, open Lightroom and go to Edit → Preferences → Performance, then under Use Graphics Processor select Custom and enable Use GPU for image processing (Full). After that, restart Lightroom and see if performance improves when zooming, brushing, or switching between images.
