I see so many negative comments about the support on axxonpay.

My experience on the support has been helpful quick response and transactional assistance and thank you Daniel for being of great assistance to me.

I sent a payment to my IBAN, but nothing happened. The money remained in my account. It's a scam. I highly recommend not sending your money there. It's a fraudulent company.

Their customer does not respond at all. I made tickets and tried to communicate them through emails and it's been weeks and no reply.

Honest quick and no hasstle, I came to them, signed up, waited, got approved, sent and received money for my business and also my family, easy, no headache, no issues, I been with other providers, axxonpay is the best, easy, no issue, no headache, great support, thank you axxon

Great service, I transfer from vietnam to the US and back and handle client transfers form europe also and i always get good exchanges, thank you axxon, specially roy with the support and account management, easy to deal with

I dealt with them for past year, they offered me account and crypto also to trade with UAE as we are wholesale suppliers of clothing, they are good and no problems with payments or exchange

Sended a week ago a payment to my iban.
Week later still didn´t received and it was a instant payment.
Texted support but they don´t answer me.
I am asking myself what is this for unprofessional bank.

Never reply to emails

Haven't been able to use account don't even know if it's real.Was verified for an " account " but haven't been able to use it at all.

Not clear if your account is activated or not and no any support!

Customer support team do not reply at all. I have created many ticket also written many mail to their support. But I did not get any reply back

No one contacted me

I have been struggling for almost a month, I transfer money and it does not come to my account, customer service never responds, never use it, you will regret it.

Giving one star rating as this is the minimum, but you deserve a negative zero rating for being the worst financial service so far. Made a deposit over 30days ago hasn't reached my axxonpay account till date. Also customer service is no where to be found. Lines not going through, numerous emails sent no response.
