J'avais eu 3 prélèvements non autorisés mais tout a été remboursé
I am seeing increasingly problems: error messages when prompting, partners not able to use certain LLMs although we have a paid subscription, intransparent limitations. A good deal starts to look increasingly shoddy.

Datas from 2024. Not able to give a proper tax invoice. Support is just answering for some case, rest gets just ignored. No websearch on no of the AIs.
If you wanna have old stuff, not really some support, no actual infos/help thats the best place to be.

Models & data freshness: Aymo.ai routes queries to providers like Grok/xAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. Outputs are passed through exactly as received — no manipulation or storage. Any 2024-stuck responses reflect the specific model's snapshot or context at that moment, not a platform-imposed cutoff.
Web search: Never advertised or promised as a built-in feature in pricing/docs. Real-time capabilities depend entirely on what the routed model supports natively (varies by provider).
Support & invoicing: Carefully handled by our team, replied within 24hrs. We don't collect VAT, so only invoice can be provided. You can always download your invoice from billing dashboard.
