Bought Frigoverre glass containers for the second time. Excellent - they have virtually eliminated the need for snap wrap, and keep food really well in the fridge.

Delivery time not bad considering it was from France!!!

I ordered fro AZ boutique and the items came and look like knock offs or seconds. they are not the quality LaRoche would sell. Also there was a damaged item and the company has not replaced it. Do not waste your money

Do not buy from these guys!!! I ordered a glass jar, no measurements written on the website, so I emailed them,(as you would) I was told twice that it holds 1 ltr, when actually it golds 700 ml. After emailing back and forth, sending them videos of me filling the jar to 700 mls, they said they can part or full refund! Pisstake! And they don't even have a complaints dept, they have staff on emails who don't listen to anything you have to say!... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! save your money. Any other company would admit to their mistakes and compensate the customer.

Not bad delivery time from France to UK. Love the website and the choice of products! I purchased from this company a few years ago as well as recently and perfectly good service both times. I will definitely use this company again.

AZ-boutique has glass tableware which takes the place of Arcoroc Classique, which seems to be no longer available. I bought a few pieces recently. They arrived in California from France in only three days. They were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I am completely satisfied.

Cheap cheap material.I'm frustrated, about this item because the material was not as predicted. On profile picture, as in person polyester was sent to me where the profile picture showed a different type of material with belt loops. This was polyester, cheaply, made an unreasonable address was sent to me with a laughingface like haha I got yourmoneynow what,. And very difficult to return Will never ever buy from this site again.

Very happy with my order. The quality and style of the flutes are beautiful and the shipping experience was super fast.

AVOID if buying from the UK
Bought goods online, zero indication that they’re a company with warehouses based in France. Ordered on the 14th, still yet to arrive, fobbed off by customer services, that reel off the same one line. Set to be delivered by Amazon on the 7th of October, nearly a month. UNACCEPTABLE

Purtroppo avrei dovuto leggere trustpilot che li valuta molto negativamente, anzichè il loro sito fuorviante che riporta le recensioni raccolte da un servizio che l’azienda paga. La pirofila che ho ricevuto è piccola e vorrei sostituirlo con una più grande. Chiedo che, per il reso a mie spese, mi addebitino una etichetta di reso che a loro costa la metà che a me, che sono un privato. Non ne vogliono sapere, neanche se a loro non costa niente. Così trattano i clienti… Pessimi

I ordered some large clip jars, one of them was sent with a cracked lid. Obviously cracked before sending as the packaging was fine. I contacted their customer service, and they told me that in order to replace the broken item, i needed to provide a photo of the box that it had been delivered in. Obviously i had thrown this away, as i am not in the habit of keeping cardboard boxes, and when i pointed this out to them they told me, and i quote, that 'any reasonable person would have kept the box', realising that it was a requirement for getting them to send unbroken goods. Eventually they agreed to send me an unbroken jar 'as a favour'... what a joke.

Amazing service. Purchased a carafe for delivery to the UK. Delivered in under a week via DHL, and perfectly packed. Can't fault them, shame to see all the 1 star reviews, I'm either a lucky one or they're bots

Ordered 12 wine glasses of 200ml capacity; they shipped me 12 glasses of 150ml capacity, and insist that they shipped the size I ordered! I am doing away with the credit card who believed AZ's lie vs my truth.
Remember, if they screw up, it's YOUR problem!

Items arrived on time and in good condition.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it would have saved so much annoyance. Messages back and forth and despite this no delivery or refund. Will request refund from PayPal. Don't waste you time or money on this dreadful company.

Recd my original purchase of 6ea Chef Sommier champagne flutes 4 days after I placed the order. WOW! That’s some service from France to California! Unfortunately, one stem broke in shipping. Alerted AZ Boutique & 3 days later had a perfect replacement shipped no charge and freight prepaid. I see several low-scored reviews and that’s unfortunate; however, my two experiences with AZ were flawless. Will definitely be purchasing from AZ Boutique again! 😊

Hopeless company. Placed order on 13th, no sign of it by 19th so I tried to track it. Teh tracking number they gave was not recognised. I tried to call the number on their website, but on hold for over 20 minutes without the phone being answered. Chat was a bit quicker, but Marinne (the chat person/ bot) was completely unbothered and didnt appear to care less. Apparently it will take another 4 days (22nd) to reach me in UK having arrived in the country on 16th. The answer to my question "Do you think it is acceptable for a parcel to take 9 days to travel from Nimes to Cornwall ?"
"You were advised at the time of the order" ( I wasn't, in fact I received an email stating the item had been despatched on the day I ordered ).
Another lazy feckless incompetent French company who couldn't care less about their UK customers. Beware that despite advertising as from a UK Address ( 207 Regent Street - W1B 3HH London) and listing a UK VAT number and phone details, they ship from European mainland. Despite claiming a worst case 5 day delivery length the real time taken is much longer. This is unacceptable in 2024. The follow up customer service is even less so.
Avoid this company and don't believe what they claim.

Just received 2 Chef and Sommelier replacement glasses for ones I broke at home. I was able to buy them individually from AZ Boutique rather than having to waste money on 2 full sets elsewhere.
The glasses were perfect and possibly the best-packed glass/fragile items I have ever received via a courier.

I was concerned about some of the reviews I'd seen on Trustpilot but, based on my experience, I would use AZ Boutique again, and would happily recommend them.

DO NOT BUY - THESE ARE BUNCH OF EFFING SCUMBAGS !!!!! Trust the bad reviews and avoid this company
