Aztec Windows Coventry レビュー

Fantastic door - looks great and seems very secure
Great support in making a choice. Great communications. The door was ready ahead of the original date.
I would recommend Aztec to anyone.

From the moment I first contacted Aztec to the very end of the process communications have been very good and I have always been able to contact their team to arrange dates and follow up issues (see below).
The product (prestige range) is excellent and was worth paying the extra money for.
Unfortunately the fitting resulted in a number of issues impacting the aesthetics of the finished windows which was a shame given how nice the product is. This was disappointing but to their credit Aztec maintained good communication and have since visited to rectify the issues raised. I am giving 5 stars on the basis of the Company’s response to rectifying the issues raised.

We had our windows fitted by Aztec in February 2024. Their service from quoting to final install is second to none. A truly fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Aztec Windows.

Absolutely beautiful door, was fitted super quick and the fitters made no mess at all. We was worried a little about any mess that might happen while fitting the door as we had not long had the hall way decorated, but they made a great job with no mess or damage to the walls at all.

The windows and doors look amazing. Great communication from start to finish. Fantastic window fitters, they worked really hard, friendly and professional, just got on with the job. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish second time I’ve used them they are that good

Friendly service, high quality product and exceeded the estimated completion date by 4 weeks .

From measuring to fitting everything was done very professionally.
Fitters were very friendly, cleared and took away all the old frames, tided up after the work day and ensured the work was good.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have new windows

Good quality, professionally fitted windows and doors. Excellent and responsive customer service.

Pricing was competitive and so happy with the quality of our new windows. Fitting was completed with minimum fuss. The fitters were willing to work around a few inconveniences and were very accommodating when we had any requests. Would highly recommend.

A very professional service from start to finish. The fitting of the windows, by the two Dave's, was carried out efficiently. I would recommend Aztec Windows Coventry.

Each member of the team went above and beyond during sales survey, installation and post sales support.
Nothing was too much trouble and they clearly each and every one of them care about giving a top class service. Fantastic. Thanks

A nice professional fitting job

After many searches and many discussions with multiple vendors we decided to go with Aztec to change our windows and the entrance door and truthfully it was the best decision we’ve made. The whole process was straightforward and the way of working and installing everything exceeded by far our expectations. Not only that they work very clean but they also pay attention to details and don’t miss anything. Best experience ever hence I also continued to work with them in changing the remaining windows. I gladly recommend Aztec Windows to everyone. Thanks a lot for a really great job guys.

Very helpful service, after using Aztec to do our windows and doors at a previous property, I called them to see if they could help me with a small job on a new build and they were more than happy to help

We had a double glazed back door fitted recently. The whole experience from beginning to end was very efficient and professional. No mess was left at all and the two men who carried out the work were very polite. I would definitely recommend Aztec Windows (Coventry) Ltd. Thank you Aztec.
