Great site great games

I’m sharing my experience with Aztec Paradise as a warning to others.

I built a balance of £12,462 and requested a withdrawal. At that point, support informed me that my withdrawal would be processed once I submitted bank statements. I provided all requested documents promptly and in good faith.

Only after doing this did they change their position and state that my winnings were subject to a £200 cap due to a no deposit bonus.

What concerns me most is the way this was handled:

I was clearly told my withdrawal would be processed after verification
At no point during the withdrawal or verification process was any bonus cap mentioned
I was allowed to continue playing and grow my balance significantly without any restriction or warning
I made multiple real-money deposits during this period
Despite this, they later claimed that ALL winnings were “bonus-derived”

When I challenged this, they acknowledged that their communication “was not as clear as it should have been,” but still refused to reconsider the outcome.

I have since requested a full breakdown of my account activity, including bonus usage, deposit timing, and gameplay history, to understand how they reached this conclusion. I was told my account was under review, but I have received no meaningful response since, despite multiple follow-ups.

This raises serious concerns about transparency, fairness, and how bonus terms are applied in practice.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, particularly when dealing with larger balances.

I will update this review if the situation is resolved or if a proper explanation is provided.

FINAL UPDATE: The casino has now completely stopped responding to all emails, including after being asked for a full account breakdown. No resolution has been provided.

Big problems making withdrawls for the 2nd time,taken weeks to receive money. Missing bank transfer payments taking long long time to resolve.. Even when you have won you have a gamble on whether you get paid!

Please done use this site takes money from you , then when you try to withdraw takes you money and doesn’t pay it into you bank absolutely a scam dont waste you le time or money

I have spent possibly 2000 in total never took a penny back withdrew nothing .
I have removed myself possibly 5 times but they email me with a free bonus which is absolutely impossible to win with so then I'm back putting money in .
This site seriously needs shutting down you will never win on here they will just keep taking your money ;(

WARNING ⚠️ never EVER play on this scam site! Twice I triggered a bonus on a game called 666 and when going to gamble the free spins a pop up occurred saying system error and therefore I needed to refresh the game.

I get back into the game and the bonus wasn't available, game went back to normal play, twice this happened, their system error is deliberately active to make you lose the bonus, they always blame Internet connection but that's absolutely bull.

Nobody is ever available in live chat, always offline. These sites are a absolute disgrace and a joke and it's about time they got removed from the Internet.
