Such a positive experience! Azz could see what the problem was within minutes of setting foot in the door. He explained everything to us in such an understandable way and helped us with our dog almost immediately. Azz left us with clear guidelines on how to proceed and all is going well! Our session was a lot longer than expected, so I feel like we got good value for money.

I can't recommend Azz highly enough. B2B was recommended to me by a friend after i explained the problems i was having with my 14 month New Zealand Huntaway. As soon as Azz arrived he was reading the dog and working with him. He explained to me that Hunter was a very dominant and frustrated dog and was in fact thought he was alpha in the household. Azz then explained all the ways i would have to retrain Hunters mind so he would become a follower not a leader. Everything was explained really clearly and he made sure i always fully understood. Outside Azz had Hunter walking properly and obediently in less than 10 minutes which included Hunter throwing a tantrum rolling around on the floor.
Azz really knows his stuff, is happy for you to phone him if you have any problems or need any guidance. Azz spent 4 hours with us and i learnt so much and can see light at the end of the tunnel now whereas i was struggling everyday. Thank you Azz.

Simple but effective coaching, explained the reasoning behind our dogs behaviour to us in a way that we could understand and address it that much easier. 3 days on we are seeing amazing results already, and support over the phone has been great. 100% recommend.

I am so thankful for finding Arron. This is so different to the endless you tube and Facebook posts that promise a change in behaviour in 10 mins. They just make you feel like a failure. Arron takes time to understand you, the environment and your dog, then helps you to understand the needs of your dog so you can do the right thing for them, and achieve the eighth results. Yes it is a work in progress, but it is working and we now feel we have the tools we need. Value for money absolutely, and once the face to face session of over the support is always there if needed.
