B3B Enterprises レビュー

Rented a room in Bryan’s Property for 6months.
Easy and convenient paperless check-in and check-out experience. I personally did not have any issues in the house or room, but noticed when any maintenance was needed in the house it was easily communicated to Bryan and a call out was arranged speedily.

Lived in Bryan's property for 6 months. Properties are well looked after with usually quick call outs for any issues. Admin side is great and well organised.

Although a short stay I have no complaints and would happily recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to rent.

Very good landlord, always on call and organized with paperwork and legislation.

I lived in Bryan’s house for more than 1 year and I never had any major issue. I would definitely recommend this shared house.

I would say B3B Enterprises are trustworthy, good value for money, caring and approachable. I have rented a furnished double bedroom with an en-suite for the last 6 years. I’ve never had an issue with the landlord and any problems have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have always got on with my housemates and even made some close friends from my experience. The housemates I have lived with have always been friendly, respectful and considerate of others. Having never lived in a shared house before I have had a great experience and would recommend B3B Enterprises to anyone looking to live in a shared house.

I have been living in Barley Close having Bryan as a landlord since February 2019, and I left England on July 2021 and honestly I couldn't have hoped to have a better management of my staying. Very well organised and professional, every single document is signed and well kept in files. The house is very well taken care of with a company that, working for Bryan, comes whenever needed to fix whatever brakes.
I never ever had a doubt about what was going on with my documents and my deposit. Everything is always very clear. Definitely the right choice in a world where you need to watch out who you ask for a room to.

Lived in one of the properties for 6 months great landlord everything done smoothly and professional no issues was a pleasure staying

Very professional service provided in every way. The property was as advertised, well maintained and communications through my stay were responded to immediately. Would thoroughly recommend this company when looking for properties to stay.

Bryan is a good landlord. Very pleased with all the services. I would recommend.

Bryan has always been there to accommodate and help as much as possible which makes the whole living experience worthwhile. Had a very comfortable time there.

I had Bryan has my landlord for about 1 year and half. I have never had any problems with Bryan, he is a very easygoing and attentive landlord. Any problem with anything on the house, was fixed straight away. The house is modern and well located.

I was a tenant in one the B3B properties in Crawley for almost three years and would not hesitate to recommend them. Any issue, big or small was always handled as quickly as possible and every interaction with the landlord was extremely professional.

Landlord is nice and responsible. Every measures and tests in the house that should be taken were undertaken when I was staying in the house. All the facilities are well prepared and will be fixed efficiently if there’s any broken part.

really good experience.the landlord is amazing and everytime i had a problem or something wasn't working in the room he was doing his best to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Such a great landlord, had no problems and would definitely rent again.

The landlord has always been there to support all the tennants, whenever there was something that needed to be fixed inside the house, he would help us as soon as possible. He is a very reliable and competent person as a landlord.
