Highly recommend the shop. Excellent prices and super fast delivery with affordable shipping costs. Also I was amazed at how quick I got a reply on WhatsApp. To be honest I was not expecting a reply in less than a day, so when I got a reply within minutes, I was pleasantly surprised.
I have been shopping online for years and bought from many online shops. This is one of the best in my list. Keep it up

I recently made a purchase from babaik.com and my experience was excellent.

I bought a Gore-Tex shell from Rab at a truly great price. The store is reliable and legitimate, and the products they sell are 100% original.

Customer service was outstanding both before and after the purchase. They responded quickly and clearly to my questions about international shipping costs, and they informed me that orders are dispatched from Spain, which gave me extra confidence.

Shipping was smooth, tracking updates were accurate throughout the process, and the package arrived right on time.

Overall, a flawless shopping experience. Highly recommended.

It has been a full month since Babaik received my returned item, yet the refund process remains a disaster.

The experience has been a series of failures:

Lack of Transparency: For the first 15 days, there were zero updates regarding the inspection status.

The 'eCheque' Issue: After I reached out, they finally apologized and issued a refund. However, PayPal informed me that the refund was sent as an 'echeque' (an outdated method) which failed due to an issue with Babaik’s own bank.

Zero Accountability: I immediately informed them of this failure, but it has now been 30 days in total and I am being met with silence once again.

In my experience, this is the definition of terrible customer service and zero reliability. If you value your time and money, be cautious."

The seller changed the previously offered courier company and the delivery address. This last (without consulting the recipient) is a joke. The purchase, including shipping from Madrid to Krakow, took exactly 20 days. A coincidence of seller incompetence and courier incompetence. I received very quick responses to subsequent emails, which changed nothing. The goods received – without any complaints.

The best price as well as the size/colour I wanted that was sold out at most other vendors. Shipping was a bit over a week, but perfectly fine. Even had local pickup point making it painless to wait for the delivery. Would definitely buy again from them!

Trotz Lieferschwierigkeiten des Herstellers hat Javier von baBaik alles möglich gemacht, um die Skihose rechtzeitig bei mir landen zu lassen. Tolles Service, tolle Produkte!!! Jederzeit gern wieder!

I had bought a jacket from this site in Aug 2025 and it is still not delivered as of Oct 2025..After several follow ups they sent a wrong courier tracking code, the courier sat in the order for a week and I had to chase them mutiple times to get it moving.Till date I do not have the package as they have sent it to a.lication which the courier does not recognise! They have stopped responding to my messages as well..I am stuck and really regret my purchase from this site

Primeramente me sorprendió la cantidad de material de montaña que disponían a un precio muy bueno con grandes rebajas. Cuando me entraron dudas respecto a las tallas y al material más idóneo para el cometido, acudí al WhatsApp de baBaik de atención al cliente para intentar resolver mis dudas. Mi gran sorpresa fue la rapidez con la que contestaban, la amabilidad, denotaban un gran conocimiento de lo que venden y rápidamente Javier me localizó varias prendas que se ajustaban a mis necesidades y presupuesto.

Así da gusto, muchas gracias Javier por toda la atención, segurísimo que volveré a repetir! Hasta la próxima!

PD: ni te lo pienses, entra, encuentra, pregunta y compra rápidamente a un precio y calidad inigualable!

I am happy I found the last backpack in Europe with my size on this website. I was hesitant to order at first but after reading the reviews I went ahead and don't regret it. The shipment was fast (about a week) and the customer support is responsive.

I bought a sleeping bag in size long because the regular was not available. The price was the best I could find online, so I went for the long model. At first, I thought it would be fine for my size, but after doing some research, I realized that a sleeping bag that's too big not only adds extra weight, but it can also negatively affect the insulation. I asked for a cancellation, and they processed it very quickly. Some e-commerce sites don't even publish their email address to avoid customer support inquiries, but Babaik isn't like that. I thought their service was great. Thank you so much!

Totaly amateurs... Something is very wrong here, be careful. Placed an order on June 13th 2025, destination Greece, 2 hours flight from Madrid (Babaik warehouse is there, as the say...). Not a single move for 1 week, until 20/6 when finally the package sent from Madrid. The rest you can see below, my order traveled to Barcelona, Italy, Germany, back to Barcelona again and stuck there...

Compré varias chaquetas goretex en Babaik, en un principio la Kangri M, pero me quedaba grande. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excelente: no pusieron ningún problema en enviarme más unidades de distintas tallas y otros modelos.
El envío fue rapidísimo, incluso con todos los cambios, distintos pedidos, y las devoluciones se gestionaron sin ningún problema. Devolví tres chaquetas en total y todo fue muy ágil sin ningun problema. Además, el reembolso llegó rápido una vez recibieron los productos
Además no encontré mejor precio en ningún otro sitio para los modelos que estuve barajando comprar

Da gusto comprar en una tienda así. Sin duda repetiría.
