Efficient and easy to navigate I would definitely rent from Baboodle again.

Collection process is an absolute nightmare. Royal Mail / Parcelforce refused the collection twice because the parcel was too big. Have had a gigantic box stuck in my dining room for over a week with no way to get it back to Baboodle. So, so frustrating. Not to mention my baby couldn't stand the Snoo and the box / packaging were destroyed on arrival - I had to buy a new box myself! Terrible all round.

Really easy to use and had great customer service all the way through. When we had any sort of query or issue, they were always quick to respond and helpful.

Loved it! I rented the icandy pip pram as I was travelling abroad and needed something that would go in the overhead. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was quick. The only downside is that the website isn’t very clear and the bumper bar on the prams are classed as an accessory which if needed, needs to be added to your order. I wasn’t aware and had to place another order which the delivery cost more than the rental of the bar itself.
Returning the item was also straightforward and requested for the item to be collected from my address.
I would definitely use again!

We rented a hiking carrier for our trip to Switzerland. It arrived on time and in great condition. Easy to organise a return. Brilliant idea to rent instead of buying and Baboodle made it so easy!

We rented a Thule hiking carrier from baboodle as we weren’t sure if our daughter would actually go in it!
We were super impressed with the product - it was actually brand new and the speed of delivery and return.

Easy and simple rental with a great quality product and super easy returns.

I like using this service, it means I can switch to new pram when it suits me. Easy to book and I like that I can chat to a person on email and sort out the delivery/return or ask for advice.

Althought our baby didnt like the snoo the whole experience was seamless. Great company!
